    SINARSAHANG PORK RIBS INGREDIENTS:
    1 kilo Pork Ribs
    5 cloves garlic
    1 medium onion
    2 tablespoon tomato paste
    3 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 tablespoon oyster sauce
    250ml Sprite (or 7up)
    1/2 teaspooon black pepper
    1/2 cup cooked green peas
    1 medium bellpepper
    2 to 3 cups water
    oil for sauteing
    Directions:
    Wash and prepare the pork spare ribs.
    Prepare a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the pork spare ribs. Parboil them for just 10 minutes to remove impurities. Place the spare ribs on a plate and discard the liquid.
    Heat some oil in another pan. Add the spare ribs and saute for a few minutes until brown.
    Add the chopped garlic and onion and saute them together with the spare ribs. You may add a little extra oil if needed.
    Make a hole at the center of the pan. Add the tomato paste and saute for a whole minute. Then, saute them together with the spare ribs and season with some black pepper powder.
    Pour the Sprite, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and then add 2 to 3 cups of water. Cover the pot and let it simmer using medium heat until the meat is tender. If the meat is not yet tender, add more water and continue cooking as needed.
    Lastly, add the cooked green peas and sliced bell peppers. Toss for a few minutes. Once the ingredients come together, the dish is ready!
    Transfer the sinarsahang pork spare ribs to a serving plate. Enjoy this with a big bowl of hot steaming rice. Yum!
