My printer is brand new and I started printing colour stickers. Mostly the printer is fine but every other page (seems to be in the same spot), I get black blobs. Surely I do not have to clean the heads as this is the first time using my Epson XP970? I did buy it a few months back and did not use it right away. Just set it up. Very annoying.

What is the trick to getting the tube installed on the syringe? Both my husband and I have tried multiple times with no success. It’s very frustrating!
I just today went through that process. The tube is very tight and you have to keep working with it to get it on. Actually, I gave up and went to Staples and the tech guy there finally got in on for me - he had a struggle, too. Just keep at it. It does eventually work it’s way on to the syringe.

You need to wait 24 hours after the cleaning to power on.

Epson XP 970, the Yellow shows no lines in the test, I tried 3 New yellow carts all same, so I ordered the cleaning kit.
