Thanks for posting. I spent 1000's of hours instructing there and its horrible how much of the land has been sold off to Non Aviation
so that the airport is only a fraction of what it used to be.
The management and government are historically corrupt.
The charges for use are typical of the Australian anti-aviation mind set thats resulted
in the slow death of GA in Australia.
Its shocking to see the rates about twice that of other countries.

Yeah I completely agree with you walking around the airport is really hard because it is all factory’s. There also used to be a park next the airport that got demolished the whole area in it self need a big upgrade because most of the actual aviation buildings are all overgrown or board up with a for sale because the government hate aviation
