This is a little compilation about the Citroen Xsara WRC rally car.

@barkinsahin Duval in 2005 australia. I don't remember Pons winning a wrc event in the xsara.

What is this car called? I know its a citroen xsara but it looks wider then a original.
That's exactly why I pointed out "if you count all its versions for that matter". You can't judge a car by its appeareance only, though. You have the Subaru Impreza as an exemple for that matter, Version '01 looked very diferent from the the previous version, but underneath the shell, those 2 cars were pretty much the same...
Anyway, even if you count wins based on the appearence of a car, the C4 still has more than Xsara...

.........I noticed that of all the different funky sounding cars in Rally..............the Citroens sounded the funkiest of all . Why is that?
I dunno. The C4 has a wicked mean sound when it accelerates away from the camera! I cant describe it, but sounds diff than other rally cars!!

i want to live at monza! i wonder how much a house near there would be. ive got £20 in my piggy bank.
McRae didn't win a rally with it, nor did Xavier Pons. The guys who did it are Jesús Puras, Sébastien Loeb, Carlos Sainz and François Duval.
By the way, the C4 WRC won more than the Xsara WRC: 36 times. Although only Loeb and Sébastien Ogier won with it.
But the WRCar that won more times was the Ford Focus WRC (if you count all its versions for that matter). It won 44 times between 1999 and 2010. ;)

Citroen is far from being the best car, but they make wonderful cars in my opinion.
Can't see why, as even the Xsara has various specs...
