I convinced that Ms VON FELTEN is the strongest rival of the currently invincible Ms Shimada Mao ever.Just like Ms Alysa Liu, who incorporated a 3A, a 3A & 2T, a 4Lz, and a 4Lz & 3T, I Predict she will take the junior world by storm with her Ultra highly difficult Skating.I'm Japanese, but I can feel so good the Very greatness of Sophie.

In the Juniors, the triple axel in SP has zero basic points, but he boldly put it in and it's amazing! I guess the strategy is that he can earn enough benefits in the free programme. He is an athlete whose future is very promising.

She put a triple axel because she intended to do a 3A+3T. But as ISU’s rules are sexist, she couldn’t earn any point for the 3A since she couldn’t add her combo, and couldn’t perform another combination later in the program. If there’s anyone to blame her it’s ISU.

Yeah I agreed that she had to adjust to the sudden change from Europe 🌍 to China, a long traveling distance without practicing made her jumping what she normally would do, but like everything, it is a learning process...
She was supposed to be home, but Mia withdrew and she was replaced unexpectedly internationally, so she was cheated out of her technique points because she didn't fall, but didn't landed those jumps smoothly, doubled footed and missed her combination, but the judges gave her two none technical component skills with a X that indicated that she missed that technical component skills and penalized the last jump, the triple flip, so as a result, she ended up in eleventh place.. but just me and what I witnessed..
Unfortunately, she would just skates for herself to the free program tomorrow and just has confidence in her training, and enjoying herself in the process, and she would be okay 👍!!!
Go Sophie and go all the way because we Americans are proud of you!!!! 😊😊😊

@@KK-tg7rj I beg the differ: I read the scheduled and it was reported that Mia Kalin withdrew on 10/05 and that was a Saturday!!! Sophie just won the competition, but Mia Kalin withdrew and she probably would do seniors competition like Ava Zeigher who also withdrew...
Mia last year was a substitute so she might be a substitute for Ava Zeigher,
And how do you know that Mia Kalin was compelled to withdraw from competition..
I remembered Mia Kalin cancelled from Junior Nationals too...
So where did you get your information ℹ️?!!

@@gailjones1807mia is sixteen. she quite literally couldn’t compete in international seniors even if she wanted to. as for her withdrawal, this was supposed to be her only jgp event. i find it hard to believe that she’d just withdraw on a whim, coincidentally right after sophie’s victory in ljubljana put her in contention for the jgpf, coincidentally as usfs is struggling to get the junior ladies spots and momentum in scoring heading into to junior worlds to get more slot allocations for next season. it’s quite obvious that usfs was hoping that sophie would be able to deliver again here to get to the jgpf and get some much needed momentum

Sorry but no. If she had landed her first combo as she planned that wouldn’t have happened. If she was allowed to do a solo 3A that wouldn’t have happened either.

@@mashaaa000dude she just compete last week, she was suddenly called to compete, and couldn't train because she had to move to be here. Plus her program it's very difficult and due to the rules if she had a mistake on her combination she can't recover, it's not totally her fault

Why is she on the ice now she just won 5 days ago, that's very unfair to a teenager. They not doing that to Mao.

Your forgetting she is a teenager so who are you, your not her parents. She just won 5 days ago so it's very unfair for ISU to crunch another skate in less than a week. They not doing that to Mao. This is all one sided bull crap in figure skating and that's getting boring to see.
