Large Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
12 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/8 cup white sugar
1 large egg
A little less than 1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/8 cups flour
1 cup chocolate chip your choice
Instructions
Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes
Cream butter and sugar together then mix in egg, mix in baking soda, baking powder and salt then add flour don’t over mix flour add chocolate chips. Cover large cookie pan with parchment paper, measure cookie mix 1/2 cup stacked high. Makes 6 large cookies.
