I need your help.l was very happy in 4th dimension,but suddenly l started missing my Husband who was away for job.l was sad for a pretty long time and l started getting phobic attacks of irrational fears.l even suspected occult or negative entity attack because these affects in low vibrational state.l received Lama Fera and Reiki healings and relaxed to some extent..but unwanted thoughts are troubling me.Any suggestions to regain my strength.

However when you start with this topic you need to first convey that you know what the 4th and 5th dimensions are, Scientifically for example we know of different dimensions and their specific shapes and furthermore their existence can be verified mathematically. Just to mention the 4th and 5th doesn't fit the topic believably as you could of mentioned any numbers in its place.. For ex we all like it or not live in the 3rd dimension just as a fish lives in the 2nd dimension and its shapes can be mentioned here followed by a topic / All this as opposed to ego vs subconscious which is apart from the above

In the upper 5th you see others as yourself and then the 3D and 4th disappear when you stop creating the problems to begin with.
