I am discovering that bad situations in my life helpt me to let go of my ego. And live more from love, service and be more in the now. To let go of all those desires and what people expect from you and what you expect from yourself. You automatically make more the right decisions and life enfolds.

I really struggle with intuition. I’m autistic so I am limited with how much I actually pick up on, and I tend to be gullible. I’ve also got complex trauma and learns very young to gaslight myself. I need to learn to hear and listen to my intuition.

Hi Sonia, two days ago I was at my daughters house helping her with the children and I started feeling so sad and all of the sudden everything looked so grey around me, and I swear 5 minutes later I get a call from my sister, she has a problem with drugs she was crying and feeling terrible, well I talked to her and went to see to make her feel better, but then when I went home I felt like zombie, I was so sad, depressed and angry at the same time. I didn’t know what to do to feel better I couldn’t concentrate on anything 🙁 thank you for videos 🙏🏻

My son has had monophobia since he was 4 years old(24 years). He still needs me to be with him at all times. I have to sing when I pee. He has no idea what it feels like to be alone with his own thoughts. He is brilliant and gifted spiritually but he fights against it because he is so scared. He’s also scared to hope. We have spent unbelievable amounts of money trying to get him help for 24 years and we have been so hopeful and then gutted so many times. He has been told 3x by 3 different energy healers that he is a newer soul tk earth and that the tress and all of nature are constantly calling to him and that there are spietirs all around him trying to communicate with him making him feel overwhelmed. I feel like he came here to truly help but he’s too scared to move. He’s too scared to truly believe. I don’t know how to help him but I know we are both really tired of this life and I know we are both meant for so much more.

I, too, have struggled with this at times. For me, I have found I need to take pause. I examine the answers coming to me in a non-judgmental way and ask myself open-ended questions. I ponder if the answers coming to me are simply based off of a prior experience or a desired result. I try to analyze the source of it. That usually breathes life into it to help determine if it is just my ego or higher self.

I loved it but.... l had a family member who's behavior was confusing & like a yoyo. I felt he spoke to me when it suited him & l was invisible. Yet he spoke to the other family members. I kept my head up & continued to be civil. It was bizarre bc l hadn't seen him in a cple of years. I kept pushing his awful energy away. Deal with ppl like that, epecially family members can be awkward. I'm about love but im also human, l get annoyed & want to throw out my frustration but l kept reminding myself to stay calm. I think l did well but l return home & it still annoys me. A great trip but a spoiler was in our group 😔 Such a shame.
