Both actually look good. You cannot go wrong with either of them. The sharp edges on my S24U never bothered me since it does not even hit my palm. Three fingers spread out at the back while the pinky finger rests at the bottom (where the charging port is).
Samsung fan boy here, I like the sharp edges too but you have to agree rounded is more comfortable and just makes sense. They don't even have to go crazy with it to where it loses it's distinction. As long as they keep it more sharp than the reg and plus I'm fine with that.
Same. I was against flat screens at first. Curved screens don't add any functionality. They warp/distort the light at the edges of the screen. Have worse durability and are more expensive to manufacture and replace. Edge panel can still be used on a flat screen, It's just a basic swipe menu. And like you said screen protectors are much easier and don't peel. Only thing curved screens provide are looks.

Extending beyond that depends on you, if the battery life or speed on everyday tasks has degraded enough to annoy you, then maybe it's time for a change... Look at how good the non sharp corners look, even though they have given just a very small curve. They should separte s and note again so that both users are happy.

Samsung should change their 5x camera to a 6x or 7x camera so we get better long range zoom shots on the S25 Ultra. The Note 20 Ultra is at 5x, so a 6x camera @ 50MP would really be an upgrade and improve 100x zoom Also 3x and 5x are too close to each other
I had the note 8,10, 20, s21 and my current phone is the s22 Ultra. I wanted to upgrade earlier this year to the 24 but there wasn't a big difference. I'm waiting for the 25. I hope they use the 21 ultras design with the s pen.
More rounded corners would is welcome change as convenient for holding and easier to use one handed. There are times we have use one hand such as in metro,bus or while carrying groceries.
I'm still waiting for an s series flagship phone with an under display camera. The tech is there but samsung is hesitant to use it. The punch hole camera had been used for a while now so I think it's time samsung really innovated and hid it under the display. Or make the punch hole camera half it's size on next year's model or the model after that.
