Lived there for four years. Just mind your own business and you’re safer than most American cities.

That was a really nice tour! Lots of people selling things in many of the areas you walked through and they were a bit busier than other areas. Abraham is very low-key and quiet for the bustling city. Britt, that was a great question asking about single women living there since you had discussed safety in TJ, people may be more open to visiting knowing that they should be safe. It was nice that he took you out of the city too.

I've been in many world cities and to me Tijuana is very safe. More Americans are moving to Tijuana in 2024.

Great tour. It is kind of strange to me to see a tour guide in Tijuana, but I am happy to see tourism come back to Tijuana because that means progress. When I was a kid my family would go to Tijuana (TJ as we called it) , on a Sunday that area near Calle Revolucion was packed, so it is sad to see it so empty. I really like going a little more south to Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo.

Thanks! Yes, on Sunday TJ is not super packed which is why Abraham, our tour guide, said Sunday would be really good.. otherwise we would have been in traffic

Come back, its always been. Tijuana is empty? LOL, wrong time wrong hour, there's not a bunch of garbage downtown and the beaches in Tijuana is not full of garbage, go see yourself American are invading Mexico to live a better economic life, there's whole towns in Mexico that are white and rubio, Mexico is diverse, border city take dollar, the republic of Mexico (the mainland) will not you must transfer your dollar to Pesos Tijuana is the most visited city in the world (google it) its also where the caeser salad was born in 1920 (google it) the U.S. distorts the image of Tijuana

The tour guide was in a hurry it seemed that someone was waiting for him, also he did not know about most of the significant monuments of my beloved Tijuana, when you like a real tour, it must be shown by a real Tijuanense, email me if you like to visit more places in TJ
