I pray that many accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior. It brings me to my knees nightly knowing that many believe in this dark world and following satans ways. I pray my Lord and savior brings many under the deepest of conviction. Hell is so real and unbelievers make a big joke about it.
I went to Church off and on my whole life ..And every time I went to a new church the Preacher just had to make sure I was saved so I went through the whole process over and over and never felt saved...Not eve close .Went to church and every new church the same process..I probably had 15 different preachers over the years try and take me through the process over and over ..It wasn't until I got by myself for a while and started reading the Bible alone and prayed alone...That I became truly saved .And in my personal opinion...You know when you are saved ..You know it ..You know when the holy spirit is inside you working in your life .You know when You have truly been born again...Because it isn't just you anymore ..It's not you anymore .Everything you are starts to change .You don't like the worldly music anymore or the movies or the Tv ect..You don't like your old habits .Your old ways .Every tiny little mess up you make you feel bad about..You feel convicted and pray to God for forgiveness for things you didn't even think was bad before..You slip up and you might be up alright convicted...and broken...The Bible doesn't feel like a chore anymore...It's actually interesting and engaging and like adventures and it isn't just a boring old book anymore..You can sit and listen to Preachers and love the word...Truly love it .Truly be in awe of it .This Christian Life won't suck to you...You will actually find peace in it ..You actually start to talk to God more and pray more..and more and more..Ect...Your life changes...Maybe slow at first...But it never ever stops changing for the better...You can know if you are saved...And if you don't know..Keep reading the Bible...Faith comes by hearing the word of God ..Just keep on...And keep praying .And then one day..It's all gonna click..And you will forever be changed .

Most of my Christian life is me being broken over my sin before the Lord in tears. A lot of people believe that once they become a Christian they’ll live a perfect healthy life. But the Lord will break you to pieces and put you back together the way he wants you to be. So beautiful!🙏🏼🕊 Jesus is awesome !
amen. i cannot for the life of me understand myself. i hate the sin i commit. weeks later, i find myself wanting to do it again. how can i claim I love the lords laws when i end up wanting to sin? i am so beyond despicable. there are atheists that are much much better people than I could ever be.
We are all sinners and we all stumble at times. But the fact you realize what your doing is sin and that you feel remorse for doing that sin shows your on the right track to overcome your sins. It takes time and great effort but with God's help all things are possible. God bless

I remember the day or 2:00 am when I was saved . I was so convicted at camp that I walked through the camp ,through the woods because I was afraid I would die before I knew the lord at 14,but to this day he walks with me at 64.
This message is true! To live for Christ is to die to self and this world. It’s a lonely walk. Persecution will come from family, and the workplace. We will be misunderstood and hated by many for Jesus sake. This watered down gospel that’s being preached today is as dangerous as the war going on in Afghanistan. Our only hope is repentance and the Holy Spirit power in our lives!!!!! Thank Pastor Washer for staying true to the word!

I did not realize some people might mistakenly believe that the good works descibed in Vikki Carr's comments are requirements for Salvation! Good works and good deeds can NEVER SAVE ANYONE! I think Vikki was describing the lifestyle of true born again Christians, who have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit, who was born in their hearts when they repented and believed that Jesus Christ died in their place to pay for their sins! Salvation is never given because of any good works anyone has done! Salvation is given through faith in Jesus Christ alone! The works described in Vikki's message, dying daily to self, undergoing persecution and responding in love, and loving God more each day, are the work q4of Jesus Christ born in the hearts of those who have repentant faith alone in Him! I’ve listened and heard many ministers in my life. But NO MAN has convicted my spirit or shook my soul like Paul Washer. You can feel his doctrine of Jesus Christ is unmistakable real and anointed. I love the clarity of Paul Walkers messages and the power in them. This world is full of distractions and disillusionment. Christ family get right. God will separate the Sheep from the goats. ✝️

It's not easy for being a True Christian that live according to the bible.. talking about repentance of your sins must take effort and action to work on it... God constantly use Hebrews 4:12 to challenge me.. they are two roads for me to choose, Narrow or Wide Road I have to decide... In Matthew 7:21-23, it's not everyone will go to heaven for enternal life, only for those who do god's will.. that's why I spend time with God daily, bible study and prayer. I don't trust myself and my heart 💓 and I trust God Holy Word.

Born and raised in a Christian family said the prayer when I was 5 and tons of times after that most in tears. And knew in my heart for some reason there was no change even now I truly believe I never knew Christ. I’m even worse off now than ever and when I went to my family and told them they got angry at me and said did you say “the prayer” yes “did you mean it” yes “then you are saved! but no one can convince me what I know in my heart to be untrue. Paul washer is right deep down and day by day my heart is crying out to God to save me even in my sin I’m calling out to him to save me but it is God who grants salvation and not man. If I am saved then God will have to show me but this will draw me closer to him. And I think this is what he wants.
Read the New Testament over and over again and pray to Jesus everyday, you will finally learn what the word is saying. Read Proverbs 3:5-6, and 1st John now. May you find peace in Jesus Christ and with Him.

Yes, Rachael he's amazing. His teaching (sermon?) on marriage and parenting is the BEST I've ever heard. Voddie Bachman is another geat teacher and leader. Like also Allen Jackson of Murfeesboro, Tn. John MacArther good sermons. Believe John is WRONG on Calvinist belief about the "elect," and predestination of the "chosen," but very accurate on other matters. Wrong also on salvation cant be lost.....scripture says otherwise. Like you I was excited and grateful to find Washer. Have seen no error with Washer.

I believe the use of the word is a description of saved christians not a prescription. While there are events in scripture that were predestined by God (Christs appearance) our salvation is not a predestined event. God had foreknowledge but that is different than predestined. Thanks.

You think your not smoking is the way to Heaven? I don’t see a Bible verse for that, where is it ? Do you have bad thoughts like the rest of us ? Sure you do, so you think not smoking cancels out bad thoughts? It does not… Take a look at John 3;36, and study it. Notice when you study it that it is written in present tense. Don’t just blow it off , study it. When you understand it and how it’s grammatically written, now re read john 3:15-16, john 6:40 & 47. Take a look at Romans 10:13, and Luke 23 ;43-43. And pray God opens your eyes.

It begins with 2 Peter 3:9 and then a person will begin to seek God with all of his heart. Repentance onto salvation for the remission of sins and then one will hunger and thirst for righteousness. Paul Washer is a true man of God.

I was raised in a Pentecostal church, thinking I was saved and I wasn't. I went away from God for 25 years and it was only Him who bought me back. I got saved in the year 33 because that was when Jesus Christ died for me.

Side note: Do you dare to claim that the same God who made the universe and wrote the scripture according to his purpose is so PUNY and INCOMPETENT that he can't keep Satan from REWRITING THE BIBLE? If he's powerful enough to make you and me, and to write down his will in a book for us to read, I can't imagine him being so SMALL and WEAK that he can't keep his name written as "Yeshua" or "Yahweh" if it really matters to him. If the entire world could be separated from God by merely re-writing his name in a new alphabet, don't you think the ALMIGHTY MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE would go to the trouble to make sure nobody messed with it? Also Gospel is not made of the words "God" and "spell." It's made of the words "good", meaning 'good,' and "spel," meaning 'story.' And if you're asking for the translator, take it up with William Tyndale, who was burned at the stake for making the bible available to the common man. We don't speak Hebrew. Not even Jews speak Ancient Hebrew anymore, they speak Aramaic-influenced Hebrew, in which "Jesus" is not "Yahushuah" but "Yeshu." And that's also what they would have called him back then. My Jewish friend wanted to follow me around all day recording my life but I didn’t allow it. Amazing things were happening constantly. I came to define my Christianity as one amazing, unpredictable event after another. God helped me learn to be still and not require all of the sparkles ✨ and amazing-ness during the pandemic lockdown, and I am thankful. Be still and know that I am God. ♥️
The Apostle Paul talks about us gentiles provoking the Jews to jealousy. Your Jewish friend may well have been being 'provoked' as she witnessed something real and inexplicable happening around you, which was the grace of God at that point in your life. It isn't merely "sparkles". The Lord does extraordinary things at certain times for His own reasons and for His own glory. I hope you are still in touch with her/him and able to share your ever growing faith/knowledge of the Jewish Messiah (and ours) with them.

A sermon I love listen to at times as it brings perspective on my life… knowledge along with the Spirit is always the key to a spirit filled life. You cannot have one without the other. I love what you said that you are saved and you go to Heaven for CHRIST. Christ should be our in all and be all. Love others yes, but love Him above all. Again way off base I'm afraid. He tells you it's not about Calvinism or Arminiansism it's about true scripture and only about the word of God. He never talks of elected doctrine here on this site. He's actually said otherwise when he states all can be saved if they believe in God and turn from sin thru the power of Christ and live for Jesus and not of this world

But perhaps Ive missed Calvinist teaching by Washer, so please point to me a sermon I can review where he, Washer, said that. It is only the predestined part of Calvins preaching ( so far) that is unbiblical, in error and what I reject.
He's a good Preacher and I've listened to many of His Sermons and his preaching is sound...As long as he doesn't touch on some Predetermanism doctrine I'll keep watching..

I remember when i first got saved i was so full of the spirit and for 4 years i lived an amazing true Christian life abiding in him and bearing the fruit of the Spirit. During that time all my persecution mostly came from Christians. I believe it was the spirit of Religion, the Spirit of Religion feeds titles and self righteousness and it feeds earning your place in the kingdom, but the walking in the Spirit I shared in the Glory of Christ as an ex-drug dealer. I think that bothered Christians who have followed Christ for years. So They me beat down with Religion. And I fell away from my intimacy with Christ and then went back to sinning but I have never been so sure about anything in my life that i was walking in TRUE Christianity. And when I came back to Jesus it felt like the old Christianity where every thing was a struggle I was no longer naturally bearing the fruit of the spirit and continually abiding in him its like i had to return to the Christianity that isnt living victorious but always struggling. I do believe I was saved but I am just now returning back to my Faith! I believe True Christianity is believing Everything that Jesus says. And so many Christians in America pretty much all live a more defeated I am still a sinner version of Christianity than I am a saint who is now Holy, Righteous and blameless in the sight of God. A new Creation the old person is Dead and gone, and we have been set free from the powers of Sin and Death. Luke 11, Col. 1 I know that you can be truly be saved and fall, the Bible confirms that in so many ways but 1 warning thats repeated throughout the new testament is Standfirm in the Truth lest you drift.
Monique, Its appalling how some Christians behave. I see some who are so vitriolic, self righteous and just plain nasty in their disscussions with Christians about scriprure. Then there are others that are just wishy-washy, weak and tolerant of serious error and sin. I truly respect individuals that have had real struggles in their lives and come to Christ and not much those Christians that have had an easy path. Yet, the easy road Christians rather than thanking God for their good fortune, look down on a former drug addict. These, sanctimonious Christians are like the Pharisees. Anyway, Im glad God brought you back.
Christ himself crucified by His own "high priest". Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. He loves us... sinners, servants and saints. He loves us all....friend and enemy. All will be judged righteously. The purposes of God are assured.
The main thing we all need to focus on is the Two main Commandments: #1 “Love the Lord Thy God, with all your Heart, soul, Mind and Strength.” #2 “Love your neighbor as you love yourself.” If you do these two, you won’t sin against anyone. Not that you can’t sin, but you will be focused on Hearing the Holy Spirit, Whom God gives to Everyone who Believes the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Obedience to Christ is a “Response” to the Holy Spirit, and A “Response” to Jesus Christ. “Obedience to Christ” is the “Effect” of True Love, Faith, Belief, and Worship of him, it is not the “Cause” of our Salvation, but the “Response” to Jesus for having Sacrificed his own life, to save us Sinners. To be “Born Again” is to “Crucify” your “Old Self”, and be as if you are given a “New Birth” to walk in the Spirit, because you Have! That’s “regeneration”, and the result of Obedience to what the Holy Spirit speaks into your heart, results in “Sanctification” which is to be Set apart and made Holy. Christ is “Working in you” to Will and to DO HIS GOOD PLEASURE, so just Stop Striving in Self Effort, just Ask God for Help to Stop Sinning, and listen to that Gentle voice inside your heart that “Corrects” you when you do, “Repent”, and “Respond” to Christ and what he tells you to do. That’s it! That is what it means to “Walk in the Spirit” It’s to be Totally Dependent upon hearing the voice of God for Everything you say, do or think. That requires you Pray without ceasing. Disciple others by Sharing what Christ did for them and his love, but don’t try and “Pull their weeds” for them! They will pull their Own, when they learn the Love of Christ first, Then Christ will lead them, through the Holy Spirit, what they need to “Repent” of. Yes, sinners need to “Repent”, but That Truly can’t happen until they really Love Jesus, from their Hearts. Peace and Love to all who love our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!❤️🙏😇

However many messages you hear. However number of preachers you listen to, its only when you start seeking and have an encounter with the Lord will your life be transformed and the Holy Spirit will speak to you through the Bible.
Thank you Paul, I am much the same, I try to lead a life honouring to God our Lord Jesus, not by works but by faith and of course, I fail at times that’s when the Holy Spirit confronts me, I feel ashamed and try to right the wrong but also, I seek forgiveness and surrender myself to his mercy. I had been one of those millions of Christians who feel unsure if I have been saved, your preaching has just confirmed, “yes”, the Lord is working to mould me to a better person, praise the Lord.

I can confirm this is true! My mind was raised to feel good about not ending up in hell. Or feel Good knowing a prayer then sinful life is normal. This doctrine sent me down the wrong pathway of pain and confusion. Then I prayed something simple during my time of loss and sickness. "Its okay if I die lord, all of my life was to find you and to honor your laws with love. My life was not to have a family or kids or a car or health! My life was simply to find salvation in Christ. Once my heart opened to this reality - that was the moment my sinful nature stopped and Gods love warmed up my heart fully.

What a privilege to listen to a teacher with the courage of the Holy Spirit. Not afraid to speak up and all about prosperity and money, but about the real Gospel of Jesus. No wonder people is running from God because they don't see God's light, because there is no true explanation rhema from the Holy Spirit in churches, only selfish teachings.

When I read that verse, it says, "but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven". That is not the same as "people who follow the command of God". One of the problems with what you're saying is that it makes salvation dependent on works. If you reject salvation by God's grace, through faith in Jesus, Paul the apostle says that you are preaching a false gospel. So works are important, *but they do not save us.* Some theologians, especially so-called liberal ones, try to say that Paul was preaching his own, made-up gospel, and was opposed to what Jesus said. But while that might seem true, superficially, when we really look at it, faithfully holding on to His word, we begin to see that this is not true. Paul taught that truly saved people don't just sin as if it doesn't matter when we're saved by grace. But Jesus also taught salvation by grace, through faith, but He told about the importance of the law, so wed see how much we need to be saved. As Paul said, the Law was our schoolmaster, leading us to Christ. After all, we need forgiveness of sin, so we cannot say that sin is not important to God. He gives us a new nature, born of God, which itself, cannot sin, although we will still struggle against the old nature, our inborn, sin nature, until we are no longer in these bodies. That is what began at Pentecost, and what Jesus meant, when He said they knew the Spirit, because He was *with* them, but would be *in* them. So those are two, major changes in your life, just because you put your faith in Jesus to save you. No one could have God living within them, in a new nature that could not sin, and is very offended and hurt by sin, and then sin as if it was nothing, as the Roman Catholic Church and others like to accuse us of saying. God puts you in Christ, and is seeing you in Him, in regard to salvation. This is taught in Romans. Jesus was imputed with our sin on the cross, and we are imputed with Jesus's righteousness. God also sees us as we really are, in ourselves, and He isn't leaving us alone to stay that way, but is working on us, to create the image of Jesus within us. Nobody has gotten to that level in this lifetime, yet, although some have matured more than others when they die. But when we see Him, we will be like Him. We will not be God, as He is, but we will be without sin, like Him. Only our new natures will be left. So, see that salvation by grace, through faith in Jesus, isn't really a life where we sin without conscience, and "just say we're sorry", and go on to live sinfully ever more. That is completely wrong, but we till are *not saved by works,* not one little bit.

I went to Church off and on my whole life ..And every time I went to a new church the Preacher just had to make sure I was saved so I went through the whole process over and over and never felt saved...Not eve close .Went to church and every new church the same process..I probably had 15 different preachers over the years try and take me through the process over and over ..It wasn't until I got by myself for a while and started reading the Bible alone and prayed alone...That I became truly saved .And in my personal opinion...You know when you are saved ..You know it ..You know when the holy spirit is inside you working in your life .You know when You have truly been born again...Because it isn't just you anymore ..It's not you anymore .Everything you are starts to change .You don't like the worldly music anymore or the movies or the Tv ect..You don't like your old habits .Your old ways .Every tiny little mess up you make you feel bad about..You feel convicted and pray to God for forgiveness for things you didn't even think was bad before..You slip up and you might be up alright convicted...and broken...The Bible doesn't feel like a chore anymore...It's actually interesting and engaging and like adventures and it isn't just a boring old book anymore..You can sit and listen to Preachers and love the word...Truly love it .Truly be in awe of it .This Christian Life won't suck to you...You will actually find peace in it ..You actually start to talk to God more and pray more..and more and more..Ect...Your life changes...Maybe slow at first...But it never ever stops changing for the better...You can know if you are saved...And if you don't know..Keep reading the Bible...Faith comes by hearing the word of God ..Just keep on...And keep praying .And then one day..It's all gonna click..And you will forever be changed .

Most of my Christian life is me being broken over my sin before the Lord in tears. A lot of people believe that once they become a Christian they’ll live a perfect healthy life. amen. i cannot for the life of me understand myself. i hate the sin i commit. weeks later, i find myself wanting to do it again. how can i claim I love the lords laws when i end up wanting to sin? i am so beyond despicable. there are atheists that are much much better people than I could ever be.
We are all sinners and we all stumble at times. But the fact you realize what your doing is sin and that you feel remorse for doing that sin shows your on the right track to overcome your sins. It takes time and great effort but with God's help all things are possible. God bless

I remember the day or 2:00 am when I was saved . I was so convicted at camp that I walked through the camp ,through the woods because I was afraid I would die before I knew the lord at 14,but to this day he walks with me at 64.

This message is true! To live for Christ is to die to self and this world. It’s a lonely walk. Persecution will come from family, and the workplace. We will be misunderstood and hated by many for Jesus sake. This watered down gospel that’s being preached today is as dangerous as the war going on in Afghanistan. I think Vikki was describing the lifestyle of true born again Christians, who have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit, who was born in their hearts when they repented and believed that Jesus Christ
died in their place to pay for their sins!
Salvation is never given because of any good works anyone has done! Salvation is given through faith in Jesus Christ alone!

I’ve listened and heard many ministers in my life. But NO MAN has convicted my spirit or shook my soul like Paul Washer. You can feel his doctrine of Jesus Christ is unmistakable real and anointed. I love the clarity of Paul Walkers messages and the power in them. This world is full of distractions and disillusionment. Christ family get right. God will separate the Sheep from the goats. ✝️

He looks the part of a "Christian", checks off all the boxes, but lacks heart and depth. I don't understand people's awe of him. He's simply luke warm to me. Just my opinion.
Pastor Washer straddles the line between conviction and condemnation. No ear tickling here just pure meat.
It's not easy for being a True Christian that live according to the bible.. talking about repentance of your sins must take effort and action to work on it... God constantly use Hebrews 4:12 to challenge me.. they are two roads for me to choose, Narrow or Wide Road I have to decide... In Matthew 7:21-23, it's not everyone will go to heaven for enternal life, only for those who do god's will.. that's why I spend time with God daily, bible study and prayer. I don't trust myself and my heart 💓 and I trust God Holy Word.

Born and raised in a Christian family said the prayer when I was 5 and tons of times after that most in tears. And knew in my heart for some reason there was no change even now I truly believe I never knew Christ. I’m even worse off now than ever and when I went to my family and told them they got angry at me and said did you say “the prayer” yes “did you mean it” yes “then you are saved! but no one can convince me what I know in my heart to be untrue.
Paul washer is right deep down and day by day my heart is crying out to God to save me even in my sin I’m calling out to him to save me but it is God who grants salvation and not man. If I am saved then God will have to show me but this will draw me closer to him. And I think this is what he wants.
Read the New Testament over and over again and pray to Jesus everyday, you will finally learn what the word is saying.
Read Proverbs 3:5-6, and 1st John now. May you find peace in Jesus Christ and with Him.

@@Nit5ua Austin, I listened to him. Very interesting teacher. Was pleased with his denial of predestination. I agree it is not scriptural but a misunderstanding of "elect." I believe the use of the word is a description of saved christians not a prescription. While there are events in scripture that were predestined by God (Christs appearance) our salvation is not a predestined event. God had foreknowledge but that is different than predestined.

You think your not smoking is the way to Heaven? I don’t see a Bible verse for that, where is it ? Do you have bad thoughts like the rest of us ? Sure you do, so you think not smoking cancels out bad thoughts? It does not… Take a look at John 3;36, and study it. Notice when you study it that it is written in present tense. Don’t just blow it off , study it. When you understand it and how it’s grammatically written, now re read john 3:15-16, john 6:40 & 47. Take a look at Romans 10:13, and Luke 23 ;43-43. And pray God opens your eyes.

It begins with 2 Peter 3:9 and then a person will begin to seek God with all of his heart. Repentance onto salvation for the remission of sins and then one will hunger and thirst for righteousness. Paul Washer is a true man of God.

I have a question, the baptist belive once you make a profession of faith, that's it and its a done deal you have Heaven in the bag from then on out no matter what you think, do, or say.

And if you're asking for the translator, take it up with William Tyndale, who was burned at the stake for making the bible available to the common man. We don't speak Hebrew. Not even Jews speak Ancient Hebrew anymore, they speak Aramaic-influenced Hebrew, in which "Jesus" is not "Yahushuah" but "Yeshu." And that's also what they would have called him back then.

I go threw this alot with the once saved always saved. I try to explain to them that the devils believe and tremble there's a reason we pray the are father daily walking with God is a daily thing. I told her my day is starting and finished with God sinning is not my daily motivation 🙃 I don't get up daily to see what I can get away with I get up and ask God what can I do for him daily and there is always something I do for other's for him. The Apostle Paul talks about us gentiles provoking the Jews to jealousy. Your Jewish friend may well have been being 'provoked' as she witnessed something real and inexplicable happening around you, which was the grace of God at that point in your life. It isn't merely "sparkles". The Lord does extraordinary things at certain times for His own reasons and for His own glory. I hope you are still in touch with her/him and able to share your ever growing faith/knowledge of the Jewish Messiah (and ours) with them.

I remember when i first got saved i was so full of the spirit and for 4 years i lived an amazing true Christian life abiding in him and bearing the fruit of the Spirit. During that time all my persecution mostly came from Christians. I believe it was the spirit of Religion, the Spirit of Religion feeds titles and self righteousness and it feeds earning your place in the kingdom, but the walking in the Spirit I shared in the Glory of Christ as an ex-drug dealer. I think that bothered Christians who have followed Christ for years. So They me beat down with Religion. And I fell away from my intimacy with Christ and then went back to sinning but I have never been so sure about anything in my life that i was walking in TRUE Christianity. And when I came back to Jesus it felt like the old Christianity where every thing was a struggle I was no longer naturally bearing the fruit of the spirit and continually abiding in him its like i had to return to the Christianity that isnt living victorious but always struggling. I do believe I was saved but I am just now returning back to my Faith! I believe True Christianity is believing Everything that Jesus says. And so many Christians in America pretty much all live a more defeated I am still a sinner version of Christianity than I am a saint who is now Holy, Righteous and blameless in the sight of God. A new Creation the old person is Dead and gone, and we have been set free from the powers of Sin and Death. Luke 11, Col. 1
I know that you can be truly be saved and fall, the Bible confirms that in so many ways but 1 warning thats repeated throughout the new testament is Standfirm in the Truth lest you drift.

Monique, Its appalling how some Christians behave. I see some who are so vitriolic, self righteous and just plain nasty in their disscussions with Christians about scriprure. Then there are others that are just wishy-washy, weak and tolerant of serious error and sin.
I truly respect individuals that have had real struggles in their lives and come to Christ and not much those Christians that have had an easy path. Yet, the easy road Christians rather than thanking God for their good fortune, look down on a former drug addict. These, sanctimonious Christians are like the Pharisees.
Anyway, Im glad God brought you back.
Christ himself crucified by His own "high priest". Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. He loves us... sinners, servants and saints. He loves us all....friend and enemy. All will be judged righteously. The purposes of God are assured.
The main thing we all need to focus on is the Two main Commandments: #1 “Love the Lord Thy God, with all your Heart, soul, Mind and Strength.”
#2 “Love your neighbor as you love yourself.”
If you do these two, you won’t sin against anyone. Not that you can’t sin, but you will be focused on Hearing the Holy Spirit, Whom God gives to Everyone who Believes the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Obedience to Christ is a “Response” to the Holy Spirit, and A “Response” to Jesus Christ.
“Obedience to Christ” is the “Effect” of True Love, Faith, Belief, and Worship of him, it is not the “Cause” of our Salvation, but the “Response” to Jesus for having Sacrificed his own life, to save us Sinners.
To be “Born Again” is to “Crucify” your “Old Self”, and be as if you are given a “New Birth” to walk in the Spirit, because you Have! That’s “regeneration”, and the result of Obedience to what the Holy Spirit speaks into your heart, results in “Sanctification” which is to be Set apart and made Holy.
Christ is “Working in you” to Will and to DO HIS GOOD PLEASURE, so just Stop Striving in Self Effort, just Ask God for Help to Stop Sinning, and listen to that Gentle voice inside your heart that “Corrects” you when you do, “Repent”, and “Respond” to Christ and what he tells you to do. That’s it!
That is what it means to “Walk in the Spirit”
It’s to be Totally Dependent upon hearing the voice of God for Everything you say, do or think. That requires you Pray without ceasing.
Disciple others by Sharing what Christ did for them and his love, but don’t try and “Pull their weeds” for them! They will pull their Own, when they learn the Love of Christ first, Then Christ will lead them, through the Holy Spirit, what they need to “Repent” of.
Yes, sinners need to “Repent”, but That Truly can’t happen until they really Love Jesus, from their Hearts.

Thank you Paul, I am much the same, I try to lead a life honouring to God our Lord Jesus, not by works but by faith and of course, I fail at times that’s when the Holy Spirit confronts me, I feel ashamed and try to right the wrong but also, I seek forgiveness and surrender myself to his mercy. I can confirm this is true! My mind was raised to feel good about not ending up in hell. Or feel Good knowing a prayer then sinful life is normal. This doctrine sent me down the wrong pathway of pain and confusion. Then I prayed something simple during my time of loss and sickness. "Its okay if I die lord, all of my life was to find you and to honor your laws with love. My life was not to have a family or kids or a car or health! My life was simply to find salvation in Christ. Once my heart opened to this reality - that was the moment my sinful nature stopped and Gods love warmed up my heart fully.

Lets take it a step further. Many will claim to know Christ, and even do wonderful works in his name, even cast out demons, and Jesus says to them "Depart from me I never KNEW you. So in this scripture its not whether you know Him, but if He knows you.

I do not know where you're getting this translation from you speak of but even my Jewish friends refer to Jesus as Yeshua. And I'm not understanding, are you saying if I call on the name of Jesus then I am not calling on my savior?
Abba? Oh how I DO NOT want to hear "Begone I never knew ye" I KNOW that I'm still stuck in bondage to so many things. I KNOW that I'm not sanctified nor completely changed. And it scares me. Have I changed from who I was? I sure hope so. And I just want to be found approved. I pray and pray for the holy spirit to come to me and not even sure if he's here. YES IT SCARES ME. I KNOW it's not about "feelings" but that's how I am. And dear dear Yashaya I need you. I KNOW you died for me. I KNOW that fear is a SIN. and have begged God to help me SEE. And sweet Jesus/Yeshua/Yashaya I NEED you. And I suspect that I'm not the only one who has this struggle. And I want to be in a loving relationship with God.

When I read that verse, it says, "but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven". That is not the same as "people who follow the command of God".
One of the problems with what you're saying is that it makes salvation dependent on works. If you reject salvation by God's grace, through faith in Jesus, Paul the apostle says that you are preaching a false gospel. So works are important, *but they do not save us.* Some theologians, especially so-called liberal ones, try to say that Paul was preaching his own, made-up gospel, and was opposed to what Jesus said. But while that might seem true, superficially, when we really look at it, faithfully holding on to His word, we begin to see that this is not true. Paul taught that truly saved people don't just sin as if it doesn't matter when we're saved by grace. But Jesus also taught salvation by grace, through faith, but He told about the importance of the law, so wed see how much we need to be saved. As Paul said, the Law was our schoolmaster, leading us to Christ. After all, we need forgiveness of sin, so we cannot say that sin is not important to God. But righteous works, though they are important, do not save us.
We are saved, forever, when we believe in Jesus, trusting Him to save us, as He said. That is what He taught, in John 3 and other places. So finding and *entering by the narrow way* is, first of all, to find the true way to be saved, and not to accept a false gospel, but only the true gospel: the true, good news. And that is the most important part of doing the will of the Father.
As for good works vs sins, God is not through with us when we get saved. He gives us a new nature, born of God, which itself, cannot sin, although we will still struggle against the old nature, our inborn, sin nature, until we are no longer in these bodies. Not only do we have this righteous, new nature, but the Spirit of God begins to live within those new natures. That is what began at Pentecost, and what Jesus meant, when He said they knew the Spirit, because He was *with* them, but would be *in* them. So those are two, major changes in your life, just because you put your faith in Jesus to save you. No one could have God living within them, in a new nature that could not sin, and is very offended and hurt by sin, and then sin as if it was nothing, as the Roman Catholic Church and others like to accuse us of saying. God puts you in Christ, and is seeing you in Him, in regard to salvation. This is taught in Romans. Jesus was imputed with our sin on the cross, and we are imputed with Jesus's righteousness.
God also sees us as we really are, in ourselves, and He isn't leaving us alone to stay that way, but is working on us, to create the image of Jesus within us. Nobody has gotten to that level in this lifetime, yet, although some have matured more than others when they die. But when we see Him, we will be like Him. We will not be God, as He is, but we will be without sin, like Him. Only our new natures will be left.
So, see that salvation by grace, through faith in Jesus, isn't really a life where we sin without conscience, and "just say we're sorry", and go on to live sinfully ever more. That is completely wrong, but we till are *not saved by works,* not one little bit.
