My grandmother (born 1908) and some of her brothers were born in Linden. Clyde Milan ( born 1887) was a baseball player. I plan on visiting Linden in the next year or so to search out my roots and see this beautiful part of the U.S. I look forward to staying at the Commodore Hotel. Thanks for posting this video.

Next time we are doing a weekend on the buffalo river we will only do one night camping and do a nice night at the commodore. Glad to know about this.

Linden!! A small but great community. We used to float the buffalo river and stay at multiple campgrounds down that way. I love the area so beautiful and remote

My wife Susan and I have made the Commodore our home away from home for well over ten years. We even have a favorite room, and have seen the Dumonts go through many changes over the years. Their perseverance to both maintain the structure and integrity of the hotel ( and other properties) is pretty amazing. The staff ( Haley, Alex, Sovie, and Morgan) at the hotel are wonderful people. Michael and Kathy have become our faithful friends, and we are so happy for their successes. Linden will be our permanent home one day, and we have been so blessed that the Commodore has been a vital part of that transition. Here's to many more years of success for such a grand place! Cheers!🏁
