大部分都會有廁所去水位, 不過要睇返每間屋唔一樣. 可以加錢要求地板用地磚或地板, 至於 underfloor heating, 英國唔興, 我諗要自己搵人整!

想申請做mortage, 現住香港, 可能要稍後才移居英國, 應係香港做好些? 還是英國做呢?同埋想租出去2年才自住, 請問, 是否mortage 都不一樣? 有甚麼留意?
你係香港申請做mortage會容易啲, 因為如果係英國申請按揭會需要credit history, 可能要一兩年嘅時間先可以做到按揭. 另外, 自住同租出去嘅按揭係唔一樣嘅, buy to let interest rate會高D! 希望幫到你啦!

我哋唔使比管理費 (service charge), 因為買freehold嘅屋一般係冇service charge. 如果你買倫敦apartment, 一般要比£1000+一年嘅費用, 佢話比你聽管理費係會包乜嘢. £500都算OK.
現在freehold 的新屋仔屋邨形式的freehold 要俾管理費架,但就比apartment 平!Sutton 的new mill quarter 一年260鎊,Epsom的Tadworth Garden 要220鎊一年!Ewell West 的新屋仔樓盤要500 鎊一年!!!
想請問有冇大概200萬嘅新屋樓盤
