lovely! What I did not like are the persons in the auditorium. Not only because of the horrible audio but also very impertinent and demanding, while the Dr Yoo-Seok was performing a very delicate operation. I know they need to learn, and I hope to have Yoo's patient in the future.
Excellent work, Prof, Yoon. Congratulations for Beijing.
What a level of precise dissection... really great
Beautiful dissection and insightful commentary! Thank you for posting this video of one of the most challenging surgeries!

Excellent impeccable dissection with precision
Great Job
Thanks for sharing
Wow, in Germany it takes our surgeons about 5-6 hours at least for an open (!) pancreatoduodenectomy. Laparoscopic pancreas surgery is more of a niche here and mostly performed in university clinics.
Great work sir
Excellent dissection
Superb Dissection ....I have never seen anything like this ...

으악 이게 왜 뜨는거지 ㄷㄷ 의사는 신이다 ㄷㄷ
Nice dissection
Please tell me on what day you remove the stand from the pancreatic duct
Okay.thanks
The main pancreatic duct is too thin and too slim to hold on the tension created by the edema after PJ. Of course, it is the common problem encountered by all surgeons.
Any program to learn these surgery from you guys
shouldnt we clear more on SMA, thats the most common site of local recurrence
BMI 25….Wow. Good luck doing that in the US where the average BMI is 40 and above
Jealous😃

마지막에 타이하는것도 개미쳤다 이게 의사구니
Could you tell me the name of the technique of PJ anastomosis? and which kind of suture did you use? Thanks you

Hello Doctor YOO SEOK YOON 🙏🤩 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👍
Such a great hands 👌
Неплохо бы на видео накладывать названия анатомических структур, с указанием стрелкой. А то, говорить - не рожь молотить!
Сказал кто? Иди уже домой Вася
Все что нужно человек говорит и все по теме видно
Can someone explain what's happening here?
The best ❤
Why did youdo the G-J anastomosis open not laparoscopic?
Because he took out the specimen through an extended incision in the umbilical area. It's easier and faster to apply anastomosis.
I'm eating popcorn while I watch this
1h 33 min..that answer.. 👍
👏👏👏

Amazing. Can see it’s not his first rodeo 🤣🤣🤣
Yikes, I feel sorry for the medical transcriptionist that has to type this doctor's dictation on this case. An MT's nightmare.
What dictation?
@@autobotftwww Every case is dictated and a medical transcriptionist types up the report as part of a patient's medical record. Did you really not know that, "autobot"?
@@seer1623 he is narrating his operating, this isnt meant to be transcribed. Nor is it necessarily the case that there is anything to transcribe, this is more of a US practice
Very nice methodical calm dissection
But worst ever commentator (female voice person).

Reckless use of the harmonic scalpel. The active blade was dangerously close to the portal vein multiple times.
Doing great job excellent dissection. Heighly appreciate
