@@Joosesalas Cusco seems to be in an air corridor/ telecom towers on top so no luck taking off there; we haven’t visited the rainbow mountain but that should be ok (maybe worth checking reddit/ dji forum to be sure). Maras was ok too but very windy so an Air 3 or Mavic would be best to be on the safe side. Enjoy your trip to Peru - amazing country!
If the drone laws website I saw is correct there's no flying over cities or even several hundred feet from roads and what not. I see vloggers doing it all the time though
@@Joosesalas oh also check the law for taking a drone in to the country. Last I heard you have to declare it and leave a deposit of money that is refundable if you price you still have the drone when you leave. Failure to declare will be a non refundable fine and what not.
You were able to fly the drone there or just stock footage?
A few places still allow it but not the larger tourist sites which generally have a ban sign at the entrance
