As much as you like to build things you should try Conan Exiles. You can play offline and can make yourself the admin of your world. Meaning you make the rules of your world offline it's on gamepass at least it is here in 'murica. You can invite friends or whomever to help or just do whatever in offline it's your world. Randos couldn't join uninvited. In America we got the censored version. But you would get the uncensored version if you tried it. But you can toggle nudity to full/patial/none if you wanted to stream/make a video. Or just keep your exiles clothes on I don't think youtube would have much of a problem with the violence. It is a Conan game combat can be quite visceral. You could try online but if I told you it was a little griefy that would be a lie. It's a lot griefy
