I think Stan and Francine's younger selves will automatically forget meeting their future counterparts when they get back to their own time... Or at least that's how it works in Doctor Who when past versions of the Doctor meets there future counterpart
Seperate timeline bullshit I presume. Much how it works in dbz. By all technicalities the timeline we follow in that show is not the original but the third timeline branch (though officially the second). It all gets very complicated when the future timelines are never shown, nor what happens to and in the other four. Since a guy gets killed in the future after succeeding and his killer goes back, but there the guy is already in the past, and ends up offing his killer instead where he should've died in the future. Every paradox creates a new Seperate timeline, but never do they travel into the unknown future, only return back to their own present.

They both have different experiences and different personalities. It’s like cloning yourself for example. Yeah you have the same cells but you’re two entirely different entities sharing the same space

No, cuz they’re both two different entities sharing the same space. Only the old Francine is the real one, the past Francine is not her, but a different version of her. Just like how I’m not the same person I was 5 years ago, sure I’m the same physical mass that occupies this world, but I’m not actually the same mind and body than I was 5 years ago
