I watched the whole episode and everyone acted more Stan than Stan
Actually they acted perfectly Stan . The real Stan just didn't want to see that because he thinks of himself as this "great person".
Stan is finally seeing how big of a jerk he is through his family.
Actually, not really. Even though they're acting just like him, he still insists on thinking that he is nothing like this, as evidenced when he calls them terrible versions of himself. So really, Stan is still oblivious as ever to how much of a bullying narcissist he truly is.

You can excuse the childhood bit, since it was traumatic. But everything else, is his narcissist side. The good thing is that every episode that features his belligerent denial usually has him pay for it.

So Stan’s horrible personality and inconsiderate idealisms are NOT a result of his abused and neglected childhood. But are, in fact, genetic traits (most likely inherited from his father’s side).

Francines consistent desire to stay with Stan even before this furthers my theory that shes a psychopath
Its impossible to assign realistic personality traits to any of them since the show moved to TBS. The quality of writing totally changed, they made Stan dumber and more over-the-top, Steve became an even more hysterical bitch, and Francine became whatever the show needed that particular week. I still hate Ro-gew, wished he'd expire.
