LOL 🤣, Must make a difference if the EGR was properly deleted, as well maintenance (oil changes,Fuel filters) is paramount with these rigs. Also guys that have HOT tunes on them probably not the best for reliability. Mine has been pretty dam good so far knock on wood🤞😬. How many miles you get out of yours?
Hi there Aaron 🐮💪. That flood was truly terrible, but if I'm not mistaken, it resulted in a really good harvest. I hope that 2023 will be a really good year. Happy New Year, from Sweden.
Yes lots needs to be done to the West side of road. To be 100% honest we may be relocating majority of west side cattle areas to the East side of the road. The East side is HIGH and DRY. Cheers 🍻 George and have a great start to 2023.
Hey Aaron, I have truly enjoyed all of your 22 farm videos, keep up the 2023 videos, yes farming is a challenge most days but hey, that’s why we do it!👌👌
Thanks 👍 my friend for all the support! Farming is a challenge that's what keeps us coming back for more I guess. Cheers 🍻 & have an awesome start to 2023.
I'm glad you survived last spring/summer with that rain...I'm going back to check out your videos. I've said on your IG but I'll say it again Happy New Year Aaron & Family!
I will throw together some Karaoke components for one of my next vids. Gonna be a barn burner 🔥👌🤣😂 Cheers 🍻brother & Have a good New Years. I'm gonna be celebrating 🍻🍻🍺🥃🍺🥃🍻
Same to you brother. It was a tough year but we took it on the chin like farmers typically do. Time to see what 2023 brings 😬🤣 Hey have a 🥃 or 🍺 for me tonight Cheers 🍻
My 6.0 litre was a nightmare once I hit 150 000 kms. Absolutely loved that truck till that point, then it started to come apart engine wise. It was one torquing beast though. It would snap off the stop lights like no other truck I’ve had. I didn’t chip it either. Pulled better than any other diesel we’d ever owned, dodge Cummins or 7.3 litre ford. But I’m back to gas, use the kenworth for my diesel pulling now. My dad runs dodges, once the get the def delete they are pretty good, but not as snappy as the 6.0 litre.
The 6.o's are really hit or miss. Some guys have endless catastrophic breakdowns with them and others get a relatively trouble free hauler. Maintenance costs are always high on most any diesel truck and a few smaller repairs can be expected. However when my PowerStrokes go down heavens path I will definitely look into a Gasser 1 ton. Maybe Ford 7.3 gasser or 6.2's are suppose be ok. Horrible on fuel but it's not my daily driver. 🤔
@@PrairieSunsetRanch I’ve got a 6.4 litre gas 1 ton dodge. 100 000 km so far, pulls pretty good, hwy miles empty I get around 15 to 16 litres per 100 kms. I’ve got a 5.7 litre hemi in a 3/4 ton, not quite as good on fuel as that 6.4, but maybe a little snappier. I don’t want to talk about mileage with a load. Lol 😂
It's funny how you had a strong 6.0L and others I've driven are dogs. Neighbors 6.0l struggles with a big load. But absolutely amazing on fuel. Same on the Cummins side though i guess. Some giver hell, and the next one is an absolute dead horse.
@@jeremycherny2041 mine would lay rubber at a light and no chip either. That truck was hot. In Edmonton once coming back from a concert, we were at a light, a little sports car came up beside me on the wrong side and was going to try getting around me on the passing lane on the other side of the light. I spooled that diesel up and that car ended up on the grass. Lol. Never looked back, my brother was laughing his ass off.
Thanks for the video. Happy new year. I've been falling behind on the videos. That field that you sprayed off and it regrew does it have a good enough stand you can leave? Remember for this year the hope of the farmer is that it will get better.
Happy new year my friend! Yes I believe the "miracle Crop" field should be situated well enough for us to leave it.... I HOPE 😬.LOL 2023 is the year of the FARMER and/or CATTLE RANCHER 🐮👌🤣🤣🎉
Happy new year to you and your family. My wife's uncle owns a Ford dealership near us . He says all the time when are you going to buy a Ford. No thanks I will stay with my chevy. I hope 2023 is better than 22 for you .
