The hardest thing is measuring everything down to a gramm and having a right temperature/time relation for your oven. Mixing things up and puting them into an oven isn't that hard, you're right :)

It’s actually eggy. As well as the taste, super eggy. If you’ve ever had a soufflé pancake, then imagine that but eggier with cheese. I was highly disappointed.

저도 홈베이킹 해봐서리.. 왜 유지 넣는 장면이 안나오지? 했는데.. 35초 부근에 우유넣고 (식용유 넣고) 밀가루 넣네요. 버터를 넣냐, 식용유를 넣냐, 쇼트닝이나 마가린을 넣냐의 차이일뿐 빵을 만드는데 꼭 필요한 재료인데 말이죠. 식용유 파문으로 대왕카스테라 업종이 망한 기억이 있어서 조심스럽기는 하겠네요.
