    nice video but your feet placement didn't seem to look correct, by keeping both the feet with toes & knees flared out makes you more stable with better base of support like we keep during squats so that we get good kinetic chain from toes till fingers.

    Thnx Luka, I will try this cues. After bench-day one of the shoulderblades (right) is not that happy. I’m right handed, so maybe I overuse that side. Any thoughts about that? Thnx!
