Sir I am a central govt employee and I am holding govt accommodation. My wife is staying with me in the same accommodation. My wife is a state govt employee. We are at same station. Can my wife claim HRA given by state govt. Kindly note that I am a central govt employee and my wife is a state govt employee. But our offices are situated in different municipalities.

sir ji i am government class c employee and i want to make ews certificate.......i have querry....does HRA we get is counted under gross family income......also i don't take medical allowance facility instead i get medical reimbursement facility fist i pay from my side in hospitals and then i submit bills in department and i get medical reimbursement......does this medical reimbursement also counts in my family income.

Their is only type 1 quaters available at his working place and the staff is in level 2 (GP-1900) and he does not want to take type 1 quarter so can he eligible for hra? Please reply soon
Yes if he is not talking the available quarter and living anywhere else, he is eligible

No HRA if employee getting govt. alloted home.
Sir if both the spouse working in the same station but they are not getting any government accomadation, they are living in private rent house then can both of them get HRA.

Yes.HRA is allowed,if an employee shares private accommodation with spouse.It means both are getting HRA separately

If the employees are sharing in Govt. accommodation then they are not entitle.Similarly,Father and daughter are in different jobs,they are entitle for HRA bc they are not sharing.
