Regarding your hair...putting it up using elastic or just pulling it back tightly is cause for hair loss (I'm a cosmetologist), as is stress, which is sounds like you've had your share of this year (so sorry to hear it!). Anyway, the masks are great, the oils are great, just be careful when pulling your hair tight and using any kind of elastics. Good luck on your new endeavors!
