In California, are out of state retired Law Enforcement Officers still covered under the 2004 federal LEOSA Act if they meet the other requirements of that federal law?
Left California for North Dakota in 2021. This is getting interesting. Still have a house in California. Under current law it is not possible for a nonresident to buy ammunition. I wish some gun CRPA orGOC would address this
Baldwin Park is charging $1200 too and that is just for my renewal. They are passing the fees for the investagation on ourselves to us. We have to pay to investagate ourselves, in other words. So dumb..
Its good news indeed! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Gents!!
You’ve had Obama for 12
Thanks for posting.
Great video! Thanks for the info.
😮Some Americans still think it much better to have and not need than not have and really need, that is the Question, Definitely
Thank God I live in Texas .

Yup. P.C. 32406 allows retired LEOSA to carry standard capacity magazines (over 10 rounds).
18 USC 926C is feral law.
@@richardmiller5456 Thanks!
All this despite Duncan being in place for a few years now 😮but don't quote me on it this is Comifornia Definitely. 😮. ... 😂
He touched 🥲 the constitutionally of the issue and he is very correct, but that's my opinion in Comifornia Definitely we know how that goes 😉

Send an email to CRPA. It's on their website.
The City of Alhambra is charging way more than the City of Laverne. Over $1,200 for a ccw permit.

Yeah it's nuts. @ChuckRiosGuitar
This is were Commiefornia is at. Where the totally unreasonable is progress. Tell me what did the Bruen decision accomplish?
States like California and New York were never going to listen.
