In California, are out of state retired Law Enforcement Officers still covered under the 2004 federal LEOSA Act if they meet the other requirements of that federal law?
Left California for North Dakota in 2021. This is getting interesting. Still have a house in California. Under current law it is not possible for a nonresident to buy ammunition. I wish some gun CRPA orGOC would address this

Yup. P.C. 32406 allows retired LEOSA to carry standard capacity magazines (over 10 rounds).
