Turned and walked into one of the apartments alone. Suddenly heard them yell my name. I turned around and the door was closing, but then slammed shut on its own right in front of me. Apparently they saw it begin to close as soon as I walked in and when I noticed it's like it got aggressive. Scared the crap out of all of us.

The sound is what hot water base board heaters make when theres not enough water in the system, its cold out there so thats a safe bet on what that is, the door thing is not that hard to explain away

2:49 i bet the door closing on its own was caused by a pressure difference due to the giant window in there. maybe the window wasn't 100% airtight and a gust of wind from outside caused the pressure inside to rise enough to close the door. as you said, the noise heard sounds like a bad valve in either the toilet or the radiator system.

To me, there's something especially contemptible about douchebags who make fake videos like that. Like, imagine how much more fascinating all these videos would be if in the back of your head, you didn't realize that the vast majority of them could easily be faked with a little bit of time and effort / knowhow (and most, likely are) we'd have far less videos to view, but knowing that they were all in fact, a genuine unexplainable experience, would make them so much better. The crap pathetic people will do for attention.. don't get me wrong, I love this channel and I love videos like this, but it would be nice if I could watch them and not feel pretty skeptical about the majority of them.
