It's still unique to see this type Izuku... I am curious about one thing, which DBZ-Verse are you using, the old school; or the modern? I know in the original, his power basically locked following the fight with Cell as he skipped SSJ1 and went to what Toriyama called "Pure SSJ2" thus the lightning sparks around him. This is also why during the fight with Buu, everyone else grew stronger but people thought Gohan was "nerfed" when if you view it like an RPG, his level instantly hit 99 and locked his stats while everyone else could continue to grow.
