I'm impressed the way she managed to explain it simple to the audience. I mean. Setting hundreds of people to make something like this in a coordinated way in only 2 shoots and make the final video looks good. Not good. Awesome. Incredible.
I can only imagine the planning required from her team looking for ways to create the best video posible while keep an easy way to explain to the audience.

most of her clips are made by her from start to finish, obviously after all these years she has people to help her, but very early on she learnt to do video post-prod herself and she keeps doing so quite often, she doesn't just have people do everything for her, she's always there making sure everything is how she wants them to be xD
