I would like to see an optional fireplace on the bottom of that coffee bar, even if was a small rectangular one instead of that cabinet door on the left.
Excellent unit. Love to see more of these shorter, quality build 5th wheels. Would like to have a drawer on the rear dinette seat and side camera prep. Also, an option for a fireplace would be nice. Keep it up Alliance.
We love our new 23ML. It's a monster compared to our old 24 ft travel trailer, but... I'm concerned about the suspension system. On our trip bringing the 23ML back from Iowa where we bought it, the roads caused some minor damage under the cabinets in the kitchen. The piece above the sink came loose! And, we broke a shelf in the frig. Only a jar of peanut butter and a jar of salsa were in the shelf! What can we do as far as after market to help with the ride? The roads, in particular the interstate highways, are nothing but pot holes!!! We're not going to get the government to fix the roads, and besides, the trucks just ruin them in a matter of months. So, can we add shocks, Sumo Springs, or something like that to help?
Very Nice BUT, you got cheap on the suspension ... MORryde 4000 is better or why not use the Curt off-road independent no axels? Dinette needs drawers, it is a real pain to remove everything each time you need to get to that storage under seats. And a single center pole for the table.. a hefty one with a sliding mech for table. Are the cabinet doors a wrap or hardwood? Overall a Really Nice New Unit! I like that you did use a rack and pinion slide out, there are some using that crappy mini schwintek on large slides which is crazy.
Has Avenue considered doing a small 30ish foot unit with a east-west bed slide? Maybe a mix of this 23 with the bath/bathroom of the 32RLS? One of your competitors Rockwood does an interesting layout with a bed slide and under 30 feet. I believe the model is the 281 something something. Just a suggestion.
need a window at the front of the rig (Headboard area). When I'm camping and I hear a bump in the night, I want to be able to look out in all directions. no generator?
I see that some small fifth wheels like this are half-ton towable (and I really like this model), but is it half-ton STOPPABLE, especially in an instant if someone cuts you off or stops immediately in front of you?
You should include a good backup camera and inverter with all solar equipped units. Why make someone schedule an appointment to get that done after the purchase? Both are needed. Also, is it possible to purchase a gas/electric refrigerator for this model? Would be great if the awning was longer to cover the outside kitchen area. A pull out dishwasher drawer would be a great addition.
@@kal7049 Alliance really should NOT be advertising this as "Half-Ton Friendly". With a hitch weight around 1200lbs, *most* 1/2 tons in people's driveways will be close if not over their payload capacity right from the start. Some 1/2 tons would be able to handle that hitch weight, but 95% of them just won't. Even at the smaller length, 5th wheels are generally not something you want to be towing around with the average F150 regardless of what Ford or the dealer tells you based on the "Maximum towing capacity". You'll be up against your max payload long before you get close to your max tow capacity. This model would be great paired with a decent 3/4 ton gasser. 3/4 ton gasser will tow this thing all day long and have no issues. You certainly don't need a monster truck diesel to tow this one. Get the big 1-ton and up diesel if you plan to go bigger in the future. If not, 3/4 ton gasser would absolutely fit the bill here.
The grill/griddle should drop down. That's chest high on a man at least 5'10. Should be waist high so grease isn't in your face. Safety concern. No one wants to stand on a box to use this grill.
@jeffburnett1940 That is the default look from the factory. However, there are many aftermarket modifications that your dealer could easily handle if you choose to Join the Alliance.
Need these interior colors in your travel trailers!

I liked the U dinette for people over 5 foot tall to sleep in.

If you make this exact floorplan in a travel trailer, take our money 💰💰
I’m not a fan of see thru kitchen cabinets. They only look nice when empty. My 2 cents. I’d have to paint them.

Wish you had low profile A/C units in the roof. Would look really sleek!
Can a GEN Y gooseneck hitch be used? Would that impact the warranty?
i have a 38' 5th wheel alliance avenue and installed a GEN Y gooseneck. I was told no it did not void the warranty.
I would like to see the morryde IS system offered on here as an option. 2026?

Amazing 5th wheel at 28’, Can I order it with a King bed?
Thanks
Are you guys going to put a video like this to the 30bh.
@@jasonmontes9346 Yes, we are working on it.

Neither are a must. I have no need for either so why pay for it. If you want it on your rig then by all means pay for it.
Love the floorplan, but need more clothes storage
That's called an Alliance 33RKS

Nice, super basic unit. Cute stater. Buy used, save money then when your ready buy the bigger one

Door swing is wrong on pantry
Super small fridge. Back to 1978
Can you get cabinets without the frosted glass?
The wife doesn't want to see the messy cabinet contents.

My dealer is saying the washer dryer prep isn't available on the 23ml. Can you clear this up for me?
@VRoz-vf1gm Are you looking at a 2024 or 2025. If you email sales@alliancerv.com we can better assist you.
