FINALLY !!! Someone putting the washer~n~dryer in the bathroom instead of a closet in the bedroom. Makes so much more sense, especially since that was thenorm in moble homes decades ago. A few other changes, mainly personal taste, and you have a total winner. As a main improvement, that dinky couch has to go, and some nice lounge recliners put in. Very nice looking coach. I would almost buy it but a few changes. Get the carpet out of the galley. Why 5th wheels cannot seem to get rid of the ugly carpet strips over the slides, when other high end luxury coaches can seem to do it. No one wants carpet right in front of the stove. The other change would be in the bedroom, the corner of the foot of the bed comes too close to that end cabinet to walk around the bed. Cut that end cabinet back. There is already plenty of storage so the ergonomics should weigh higher here. Exterior is beautiful. Overall its a beautiful coach, just needs some minor tuning. I would also love to see a see thru entrance door, not just a small window in a solid door.

@@luxefifthwheels Thanks for your reply. Currently we have a Luxury Newmar Class A, but I think when we want to trade, I will consider a luxury 5th wheel. The Luxe brand is at the top of my list for sure. I would have to learn more about what would comfortably tow this unit. The thing we love about a Class A is traveling with our 3 cats and ability to get up and move around under way. I need to look at Towing rigs that would give us more room than a traditional pick up truck style vehicle. Vaparadox@aol.com if you have some suggestions for me to investigate. FINALLY !!! Someone putting the washer~n~dryer in the bathroom instead of a closet in the bedroom. Makes so much more sense, especially since that was thenorm in moble homes decades ago. A few other changes, mainly personal taste, and you have a total winner. As a main improvement, that dinky couch has to go, and some nice lounge recliners put in. Wish I was in the market, you would have another sale.

Very nice looking coach. I would almost buy it but a few changes. Get the carpet out of the galley. Why 5th wheels cannot seem to get rid of the ugly carpet strips over the slides, when other high end luxury coaches can seem to do it. No one wants carpet right in front of the stove. The other change would be in the bedroom, the corner of the foot of the bed comes too close to that end cabinet to walk around the bed. Cut that end cabinet back. There is already plenty of storage so the ergonomics should weigh higher here. Exterior is beautiful. Overall its a beautiful coach, just needs some minor tuning. I would also love to see a see thru entrance door, not just a small window in a solid door.

The flooring in the flush floor slide-out is a marine flooring that is commonly used in the boating industry. It's waterproof, very durable, and easy to clean. I've also seen it used on garage floors. It's often mistaken as carpet but it's not.

@@luxefifthwheels Thanks for your reply. Currently we have a Luxury Newmar Class A, but I think when we want to trade, I will consider a luxury 5th wheel. The Luxe brand is at the top of my list for sure. I would have to learn more about what would comfortably tow this unit. The thing we love about a Class A is traveling with our 3 cats and ability to get up and move around under way. I need to look at Towing rigs that would give us more room than a traditional pick up truck style vehicle. Vaparadox@aol.com if you have some suggestions for me to investigate. This coach is a beautiful rig. Would want to change a few things but over all this is a beauty. Thanks for showing it.

Definitely a nice rig for sure looks like some pretty nice rain but this interior to me is way too small how is somebody going to watch TV with their wife on that little bitty couch my Riverstone I think it has a better interior design but like I said that is a nice read I really love the exterior of that one
