Manufacturers don’t design things FOR aftermarket parts. But when Aftermarket parts CAUSE failures on OEM parts everyone is very quick to blame the OEM and not the aftermarket parts. Granted OEMs do make mistakes too however they do rigorous testing for the conditions the bike was designed for. When used outside of those conditions and with aftermarket parts they have not tested people need to stop blaming the OEM for their failures
like ktmhuskgas , minor though compared to the Austrian repeat offences , some of those are just outright dangerous . Ask Chad Reed about there Fuel Pump failures on a Super X track. Dodgy manufacturing
Love this style of video. Keep showing bike work videos/race prep.
Medium from Buttery films has had the same problem with the kawi exhaust hanger. Wild, you would think Kawi would just offer the beefed up subframe
On point... and I really liked the video. I seriously thought you would have many more comments, but, yeah -- keep them coming as you can! 👍
Great job. Keep them coming.
Nice work my dude! Very well done video
Great video! Seeing what a pro has to change on a factory bike to make it last is sweet. Nice shop. Nice work!
Like the bigger bolts on the slider. Will be doing that to my bikes. Gra=eat vid. Keep them coming like this for sure!
Your videos are fire keep up the work
Looking good!👍
I love TM Designworks! Jerry is the best! Also great job Damien.
Kawasaki have a known flaw and they offer you an upgraded part to replace the known problem great buisiness !!!!!
My guy wondering how long it needs to cure 😂
can you do a vid on the subframe welding process
Tell me you didn’t watch the whole video without telling me you didn’t watch the whole video… 😂
Would the small stock fuel tank be a flaw as well? Are you going to do a video to change the tank to the bigger one?
awesome video!!!!!!!
Does your bike get crazy chain slap? I have a 24 250 X and the chain is tight to spec and I get tons of chain slaps still.
TM design products fix that slightly but yes the chain is noisy
Someone needs to fix some of the sketchy electrical wire I see. 😂😂😂
I think everyone should regrease all the linkage and swingarm bearings on a new bike and on the off-season every year 🤷🏽♂️ they get neglected 🥴

Doing this is my KX!
Keep this going. I have the same bike and there is absolutely no content on it. I’ve already replaced my fuel pump. Rest is dialed
I ll stay with my Honda. ❤
Let’s talk about the Austrian suspension, not just the bolts 😅
What kind of battery is that?
It is a GET battery by Athena. 🤝🏼
The fact they’ve been releasing bikes year after year with the same issue just sums up Kawasaki

Biggest flaw is they are now made in Thailand.
Most “JAP” bikes are now
Welding saved me from becoming a p*rnstar😂😂😂
⚡️⚡️
Literally do the same chain guide weld mod to my KXs. Not worth a DNF, to not address it. I know from experience 🙃
That cabinet needs to be cleaned off
Haha, as soon as you clean it up and organize it’s stacked with tools and parts after a day or two!! Everytime, everytime!!!
Japan bikes made in china
