I wish every potential juror could be aware of this case. Soooo many people know nothing about it. They need to be aware of the channels out there explaining what happened and what THEY might have to deliberate on.
There will be plenty of Tallahassee residents who have heard nothing about it which is what’s needed. Georgia and Sarah is all the explaining they will need.
The judge again grilled Donna this week about her decision to have Rashy represent her. I think he was making sure she couldn’t later file an appeal based on incompetent legal representation and/or conflict of interest.

So true! I was on a jury for a 1 day trial. Csam production. The def atty was great. The prosecutor was feeble...could barely hear him throughout the day. I was so grateful thatthe prosecution finally clarified the 3rd and last element of the crime in his closing. Phew. Close call..bc even if I believed the defd was guilty...there was that 3rd and last element of the law that the state needed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Thank gawd the prosecution clarified the evidence so we could render a guilty verdict with no deliberation whatsoever. Rashbaum has not done one thing to reflect on what he should have done differently in the ca trial. Rashbaum will do even worse in the da trial.
👏👏👏 Spot on Katy! You’ve got this guy pegged. He is the person you described. The only thing I can add to that is, I sense a lack of integrity. His arrogance & impoliteness is awful. Although I do not like the fact Katie did not fully cooperate & most of all participated in the murder, I believe he tried his best to bully her. Very morbid with all the coffin talk. (The irony as this now applies to his client) His one liners were awful. Several times he had to make sure to be rude (“ I’ll ask the questions, that’s the way it works” “I know you have an agenda” etc.) There were a few more things he said that didn’t match up with questions & answers. It didn’t work and definitely did not win him any points with the jury. She was the only one he could bully as none of the men he tried put up with it. He should be more professional and stop yelling. In the last motion hearing he did not have proper court room decorum and was (IMO) showed several instances of disrespect to the judge. I think Dan Rashbaum told Donna she could go to Vietnam, then had his wife call in an anonymous tip that Donna and Harvey were skipping the country. That way, he knew she'd be arrested sooner than expected, and he could could start cashing more Adelson checks!!! 😂 I am obviously joking with this comment, but I do think two things are true here...he knows that they are guilty and should be in prison. and he wants the money representing them. So if he does a horrible job representing them, they do go to prison, and he still gets paid. Otherwise, it would mean he's one of the worst attorneys I have ever seen, and I do mean the worst.

I don’t think DR had the belief or the guts to front up to the jury during the opening segment of the CA trial. He must as you say know what has gone on and doing what he needs to do to earn a continuous supply of easy money. I doubt that Wendi will want to use him.
