The way this song literally relates to everyone at some point in 2020. “Got it good, now get inside”
The point of this song, and most of the special, is the fact that, since, you know what started happening, he was forced to be stuck inside again along with the rest of us. This song particularly, as you heard, was talking about how he overcame his anxiety and wanted to start performing again, but due to, again things I will not mention, he’s been forced to be inside like the rest of us. obviously you can see the toll it is taking on him. (Yes, I know, it’s supposed to be played up for, “comedy”, although… Personally… I along with some other commenters I found on videos of his, don’t see it much as a comedy, but more of an experience. If that makes any sense.
don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying there weren’t any funny bits in the special at all, I’m just saying that most of it seems more like an experience than a comedy. i’ve been listening to all songs on the album version the past few days. That’s how good it is. (In my opinion). Hell… I’ve been tempted many times over to watch the special again. I just haven’t.

I agree, I consider it more of an indie film than a comedy special. "Experience" is a good word for it. And I've watched it about 25 times and listened to the songs hundreds of times.
