I had an opportunity to make a quick visit last weekend, it was just a random trip to see what was there. I was very impressed by the peace and charm; very surprised that more people don't know about this little gem.
H. T. TUCKER 2 days ago born at Taylors Hospital grew up on Bridge street...............what do you think..........I:m 80 years this January!!!!!.......Left Washington spring 1961. Whats it like now?
hey tucker, idk if you are gonna see this but i dont get out of the house much but every time i go out i have fun at the waterfront, good attractions and small busnesses, inside the actual town with the roads is a little boring but its something
Growing up in Washington it always felt kinda.....boring. I always thought history had passed us by and that not much distinguished where I lived. Boy was I wrong, there is so much that I missed out on when I was young.
What happened to Albritton's Clean-up, The Rec, King Chicken, The Creek Cherry Run, Booth's, 15th St. ball court, Rivercreek, River Rd., and THE most FAMOUS street in North Carolina... 9th St. We ALL make up LITTLE WASHINGTON. Next time, try to be considerate of ALL residents, not just the business-owning, boat-owning, old money types. No offense. Thank you.
I live near Washington and go there every weekend. The waterfront has a great atmosphere and great night life as well, especially in the summer.
I visited this beautiful town this past Dec and I can't wait to come back this upcoming summer!!!❤️❤️❤️
Literally we watched this video and booked a B&B. Can't wait for our visit in May.
Bryan Nowak, how was your visit? I’m thinking of visiting at some point
Is it elm wood I’ve been working there since I was 10
Can't wait to visit...

You’ve not offended.
