This is really clever marketing having the takeaway/cafe area in a supermarket. Basically they advertising the quality lamb/chicken you can expect from the butcher on the other side of the shop.
That’s exactly what Tesco, M&S, Asda and other supermarkets are doing. They are demonstrating the quality of their products available for you to buy in store to cook at home.
