    As it practitioner I always wondered about how software i support is developed, specially operating system kernels. The best it support is no other one that the one who wrote the software.

    Hello actually ı want to study sofware engineering But this department is not available in the country I want to study in. So ı wnt to be a programmer Do you think if I become an information engineer, can I find a job in the software field? Also, are software engineers better than me when it comes to finding a job in the software department?

    Finding Internships, what kind of internships to look for in hardware during freshmen or sophomore year, making resumes at freshmen/sophomore level, would be great if you could cover any or all of these topics.

    • @TheSn12
      @TheSn12  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Personally, I’d say Computer Engineering because it’s ENGINEERING. You’ll be taking a lot more intense math courses and problem-solving. Some of these include Calc 1-3, probability, differential equations, low level programming (lot of math involved here it’s annoying), signals & systems, and many more. Basically all classes involve problem-solving which I don’t think is the case with IT. Yes you will be taking math and problem solving courses as an IT but I don’t think they’re nearly as intense or as many.

    Can computer Engineer can work in telecom.

    • @TheSn12
      @TheSn12  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think that might be more geared toward EE’s more so than CE. Since this kind of work involves the design and engineering of communication components (such as optical fibers, ip networking, microwave transmission, etc.) most of this kind of knowledge is gained as an EE. However, if you are in CE right now and are interested in doing this, you can still decide to choose the hardware track and gain some more experience in this area before you graduate. Again, EE would most likely be a better option but it’s not impossible as a CE either. This is just from what I know so please take this with a grain of sand. Hope this helps!

    • @TheSn12
      @TheSn12  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’d switch to CS. I know for a fact that you won’t learn about full stack dev as a CE. I didn’t take any courses on this at my college and I’m assuming it’s the same at your University. Especially if you don’t have any interest in hardware then definitely do CS.

    • @TheSn12
      @TheSn12  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It honestly depends on the person. None is better than the other (in work, salary, schooling, etc.) so I’d suggest determining what it is you want to do and work with/on then see which of the three suits that the most. I can also make a video comparing these three as well if that will help :) thanks for the question!
