Is there a minimal viable pob of this build? What is the earliest you can realistically switch into this build after league start?
10k es and awoke coc + 20% cdr boots most of the items are cheap to make and without mageblood you will have 25% more str/int i can make pob later

ye but its not so great in t17 with deli fog and if you get multi blight bosses spawning in different directions you will prob brick the map
