@@hench_wrench_repairs when your average M owner is a tuner, or at the bare minimum installs downpipes and the likes, its not exactly "over built" that the car is able to handle going further while remaining somewhat reliable. doesnt really appear to impact the msrp regardless, so no reason to complain from a customer viewpoint tbh

Damn so like 850 whp out of a stock bottom end. That's impressive. We did 715whp on a stock bottom end m52 with headstuds and low compression headgasket. That was 2005, so cool to see how far turbo bmws have come.

The engine are mainly Direst injected using the MoTeC M142 Ecu and we add apporx 30 percent port to give the extra fusl needed and some charge cooling.
Stock engine all parts..except turbos and exhaust ..really amazing..the s58 is the best ever produced engine ever, and these numbers isn't from a dyno run IT IS FOR RACING USE ... I am just in shock, someone that knows a little about cars will understand
There should be different series to these factory teams. Its not that great that budgets are normal peoples peanuts and RB millions.. and they compete at the same comps.

Not a fan of the new M4 front end, but I have to say it looks REALLY cool here! Super aggressive body kit, very nice!

I think the widebody kit also helps make the central part more in proportion

No cooling is not stock you can see a big intercooler.
But yes engine internals are stock.
The cars have 2 radiator pack one front and one rear. They are still charged cooled as the efficency was better than air to air.
