White “ramp” is pretty actually awesome in this deck. You’ll probably have the least amount of lands at the table, BUT with mana rocks and multi-mana lands you can sometimes end up having access to MORE mana! I love Tameshi, and it’s a pretty fun card any way you want to play it.
I can see what you mean by too many options! Oath of Lieges is a great card for this deck too. It will quickly even out for your opponents but with Tameshi manipulating your land count, it will be very effective and consistent ramp. It's also an Enchantment... and is pretty cool with Aven Mindcensor but that could hurt the other White-style ramp.
Can I pay 0 onto the X and choose nothing, or do I need a valid target? I think my own answer is unfortunately is yes since it doesn't say "return up to". Would love clarification I wanted to include it into my Omnath, locus of creation deck to bounce lands and draw cards.
Tameshi definitely could get nasty. I decided to try to do a tameshi Lands deck with things like oath of lieges to ramp the table but more importantly me.
Unfortunately, the video can't learn anything, so that Sean will keep saying it wrong but if I ever make another tameshi deck, I'll look into it. Don't watch the Kyodai episode.

Imagine having multiple Tameshi decks? Your opponents would be so confused.
This card and white catchup mechanics are such sweet synergy.
Indeed!
Thanks Jordan Peterson, I really liked this commander
I like this. Really shows how flexible this can be.
Love this kind of design
I want to use the old Moonfolk with Tameshi

How do you choose? Seriously, more commanders like this!
@@CommandersBrew Flexible options without ubiquity. It seems like a good idea!
I went 50/50 with my Tameshi, enchantments that work off of artifacts and artifacts. Quicksilver Fountain has done some silly work in this deck :P
Oh wow, I can imagine!
Glacial Chasm seems like an auto-include that will annoy every enemy
It certainly would! An auto-include if that's your style for sure.
For my budget siblings, Stuffy Doll + Guilty Conscience.
Ooh, nice!

I think you're right. You have to have a valid target, and you have to pay the appropriate amount.

Nice tech!
My jaw just drops when I see Soul Guide Lantern + Fall of the Thran... and I thought the rule of law stuff was busted....
Only for extreme tables!
@@CommandersBrew Why X=4 to bringing back Fall of the Thran? it cost 6 or am I missing something?
I would like a moonfolk deck brew that I could even brew. You brew? (Because I don't brew... Okay, I'll stop).
I WANT TO BREW A DECK! TT>TT
In my opinion, he built the deck wrong, but that's just me
I've never met a person who thinks there's a wrong way to make a Commander deck before :)
@@CommandersBrew in my opinion, this is strictly an azorius control deck with ramp, his build is for more or a graveyard recursion
Please understand phonetics and stop saying “tuh-mee-she”
