I wish there was some kind of system for the NPC's to realize they just shot your horse or did something that hurt you somehow. It's totally BS that they get to react in outrage that you did something to them but if they do something like that where they literally just shoot your horse whether or not it's accidental and you retaliate they just act as if you're a complete psycho and if given the chance get the law. I HATE it. Also if you stop a robbery of some sort and a random person rides by and sees you looting bodies they'll just assume you murdered them for 0 reason and they run to get the law.
Once I had a group of robbers attack me randomly on the road and I killed them and went back to loot their bodies and of course someone saw me and decided I was a mass murderer and deserved justice. I wish there was some intelligence when it comes to AI like that.

The chance for that to happen are microscopique. When I atrated watching the clip, I didn't even understood what could possibly go wrong in this particular moment that could be considered "unlucky" but yeah, there is that indeed.
