I'm trying to join CFD but if Fort worth needs me I'll go I know how to save life's and use tools and I'm physically fit nothing lazy in my body I have a great attitude I know how to talk with people from ever background and I have integrity I know how to drive a fire engine

Very very competitive just to get a call back to do the civil service exam i take mine on the 7th hope to serve the fwfd community soon.

I wouldn't try fort worth fire dept because they only want certain people in and yes they are rigorous. You might want to try other surrounding City's first and see

I tried to volunteer for them i think it was 2 or 3 years ago to clean there stations and truck so i can learn the ropes just to help out and the battalion commander was rude and said we dont hire nor want deaf and hard of hearing to work for us and i was like well.i knew someone who use to work there and i though they would be happy to have me but no.
