Kids are a blessing, but unfortunately many people don't realize their values. A lot of couples are praying day and night to God to give them a child, and these monsters are out there treating their kids like objects, and abusing them like they mean nothing. There are no words that would describe these monsters...

This makes me sick! Gabriel didn't deserve to be treated in the way he did by his own mother and her disgusting monster of a boyfriend! No child, at all, should endure such a cruel "punishments". My heart breaks for his grandparents and his siblings, who loved him so much. Eight years old is far too young to go. I'm so mad at the system for failing to take Gabriel away from his "caretakers". I feel sorry for his teacher Jennifer Garcia for sensing that something was wrong and trying her best to help Gabriel. RIP Gabriel Fernandez. 🙏🙏

With this case however,, my blood is literally boiling. I’m from Australia, our support/ welfare system is literally a life saving system. With America, from what I’ve seen and learned about, being in the US and needing support or welfare, your F**K’d. I mention this, as from how I’m understanding this case, is that the putrid excuse for a mother, sully had a child so she could get benefits and financial assistance. If I ever came across her,, let’s just say, she would get a big dose of her own medicine..

How like how on earth someone could be this heartless tht they could such terrible things to a child. The teacher did her part and report the things she saw to social worker and irrespective for constant reporting by teacher, relatives the law, social workers didn't do a things tht is sickening. Gabriel was 8 yrs old and Isario thought he is weak REALLY he is 8, he is a kid, he is sensitive. It was Isario who was weak to do such heinous things to a kid because he is homophobic. And Pearl gosh the things she did to Gabriel is insufferable. Some people don't deserve to exist.

cps in the US is a joke. they help some, but most of the time, they do nothing. it's awful.

honestly, children protection services in MOST countries are jokes. i saw an elder lady beating her grandson right on the street, humiliating him. the moment the lady and her two grandsons turned a corner, a police car went right past and it was as if nothing even happened.

I thought Gabriel went to live with his uncle and uncle's partner in addition to his grandparents, before going to live with his mother.
it was his uncle Michael and his partner that took Gabriel in for his first 4 years of life
then grandparents didnt like having gay men raising him and took him in stealing Gabriel from the BEST home he ever had, sure he had love in his grandparents home but Michael and his partner truly loved him and nurtured him, if you watch the doc about him you will see the remaining partner still calls Gabriel his son♥
