Take a pan
Flame medium low
Add ghee or butter 1tbs
Add the following dry fruits
Almond sliced 1.5 Tbs
Cashews split 1 Tbs coconut chopped 1tbs
Pistachios 1 Tbs
All Dry fruits optional
Mix mix mix 2 Minutes
Now add golden raisins 2 Tbs
Take them out after mixing all
Add 2 Tbs oil in same pan
Take seviya brake them in bag
Add in pan
Mix mix mix
Add sugar ½ cup your choice
¼ tsp green cordamom
Few drop kewra essence
½ cup water
Mix mix mix
Flame is low yet
Add the dry fruits we cooked
Mix mix mix
Cover the pan for 2 to 3 minutes
Mix again
Cover again for 2 minutes
Turn off stove
Dish out and garnish it
Ready
