Salaam, I made these today. Turned our very nice and tasty! Thank you. I would add a little bit more sugar next time as I like my meetha more meetha 😊 my husband thought the sugar was perfect for his taste. One question: when I added milk to the caramel, it hardened immediately. It dissolved in the milk when it warmed up but I did panic for a second. I thought I would have to repeat the process. Two things which I think could have caused this: 1. I forgot to add water to the sugar, and 2. The milk was cold from the fridge. Do you think this was the reason for the caramel to harden or is it supposed to happen anyway? Thanks!
@@ayesha8163when cold/room Temperature milk hits the hot caramel, it hardens. That is a normal reaction. Just keep stirring and the caramel will dissolve quite easily. Hope this helps. 😊
