Fuel Filter Replacement Of Toyota FJ Cruiser

hello I'm a big fan. I have a fj cruiser 2007 1gr fe sometimes when I put the drive and I accelerate the car takes a second before launching or it freezes before launch but once launched I have no problem with the acceleration please what is the problem thank you
