I missed this series so much. Gives me huge nostalgia. I remember making spin offs of my own about this game when I was younger. Last time I was really interested in this was mid 2019 after seeing the end of Disney’s ending.
@@idkidk9616 ltr has the better sounds and jumpscares, but it was gonna be like ucn on crack, every direction had its own mechanic, heck you even had to look up to the vent, so it prob was gonna be impossible, 2020 has the better looks and overall is like 10 times better, and it actually released, unlike ltr
On one hand, I'm, flabbergasted how so many of these different versions of Suits/Animatronics/Monsters/Whatever-You-Wanna-Call-Them, stemming from a lot of the same characters. With how these jumpscares are edited together, it's a non-stop BANG-BANG-BANG-BANG of varying levels of loud, in your face subjective terror. You'll jump, but it's only natural. On the OTHER hand, I'm impressed with how many characters have been able to be squeezed out into so many fangames of a fangame. Hecking, it's admirable the sheer amount of content there is for this niche subgenre of a Five Nights fangame, the Treasure Island genre. Each character ranging from manifestations of fear, to deep connections of mental terrors, to being the creations of hellspawn...and even some, honestly kinda silly monsters. Overall, I give 'em a big round of applause...once my ears recover and my heartbeat returns to normal.
Most of them don't even have an actual scream; just a single distorted sound effect. And so many of them go by ridiculously fast, most not even lasting a full second. The lack of quality in these (minus the 2020 remaster) is really bad compared to most fnaf fan games, let alone the actual product.

I love the fact the older fan games of fnati look like pre-rendered ps2 cutscenes mixed with the feel of older creepypasta videos. Really sells the creepiness.
Not so fun fact:Radience (the team behind FNATI 6.0 version which is the final version) was originally going to make a UCN FNATI game called "Chaos At Treasure Island (for short,CATI),which was a non-canon threequel,but was cancelled as it was just a joke game,and they didn't feel to put time and effort into it.

when you realise that you took something that is obviously a set of around 70 or so disney-themed joke games, for the setup of one single game that shouldn't have taken six years to release in the first place, so seriously that you end up in a permanent rivalry with the people creating the final product even though said rivalry was so easy to avoid that getting involved took more effort than avoiding it would've taken
and the lore is so inconsistent that trying to care for lore-related reasons is pointless as well since if it's going to be confusing then why get involved in that confusion in the first place if it can't be perceived in any correct manner of speaking unless you know every minor thing about it off by heart then don't perceive it at all
I remember when i was 6 and i was just browsing yt and i found a fnati gameplay, i watched it before even starting to like FNAF, and when the jumpscare came, i was traumatized, so i watched some cartoons to calm myself down, then, in mid-2020 i started watching fnati videos, again, but this time, i wasn't so scared since i was already familiar with FNAF, so i wasn't so scare, but everytime i went to sleep, i was scared that Photo-Negative-Minnie would kill me when i was going to the kitchen at midnight. But then i grew a little bit more and then all the fear was over, I'm currently 12, and I'm quite interested in Five nights at Treasure Island.
