Paphiopedilums Do not have bulbs that is why it is important that they get enough water because they have no bulbs to store it. also mine grow in many directions so i have to plant it in the middle of the pot as it has new growths from the front and the back. and they are not swamp orchids!! they grow on the ground but not in a swamp
Excellent advice thank you about planting forward as they mature. I’m about to order one online off Etsy. I have Phal’s and one den or den/Phal that’s never bloomed but all my phals do. I’ve been told Dens like more light and warmer sun so I have it in a west facing window that gets warmer afternoon/evening sun. It’s sending up a new spike 🤷🏻♂️✌🏻 Thanks for the advice!
