Hi, I would like to hear your opinion. I have knowledge of JS. I'm interested in what you think about a career in QA Automation. Do you believe it has a future, what will the demand for this job be like, is it worth investing time in learning Playwright, Selenium, etc., or do you think it would be wiser to invest time in further developing JS, like React, Node.js, etc... Honestly, I'm interested in both, but I'd like to focus more on what will help me find a job more easily or quickly in the future, so I'd love to hear your opinion. Thanks.
I think it's a personal choice. Just as testing has changed, it always will be needed. There are companies who are reducing their teams and not using "testers" anymore, something I disagree with so there is always a risk, but you hear it a lot. I would go with whatever brings you most happiness and there will always be risks, but I think we are still a long way away from losing the role of "QA"
