Got a gold one. Replaced tuning keys with fender vintage locking, direct drop in. Graphtech string tree, new strings and gibson style jack plate. What a guitar for the money, fantastic fit and finish and great playing and sounding guitar!! Good job squire
Just ordered mine. Amazing price on the blue one for Black Friday. Haven’t played in 25 years…so it’ll be like starting from scratch all over again…and I’m pretty damn excited about it. Thanks for introducing me to my new baby 🙏🖖
I just put Super Distortions in my Les Paul. Took out the 498T and 490R that had coil tap feature too. It's like Fender is begging you to put your old Gibson gear in their stuff. That Black and Gold is a beauty.
I just picked one of these up. I haven't picked up a squier (or a new guitar for that matter) in a long time and I was shocked at how nice it was for the price. These days, 'mid-range' guitars sound great and much more premium than they used to, but until VERY recently they still needed help feeling good enough to play. What shocked me about this guitar is how nice the out-the-box feel was. On top of that it can pack a lot of versatile tones while still being a unique guitar. Solid pick and I am very pleased with it!
Great playing by Cooper. I think it would be useful if you posted on screen the different tone selections whether it’s coil split on the bridge or whatever. Love the channel so just subscribed.
Great video! are you in SA Tx? Talking about squire, is there any left handed squire telecaster deluxe?? I can't find any! Looks like they don't make lefties!!
I went with the gold one and it is beautiful. I think there is an issue with how the nut was cut because, both the E strings are slipping off the neck too easy. I've read a lot of comments saying the same thing.
Some Funky Tele Twang, great review Alamo Music, i got the only one Guitar Center Hollywood Had, Last week. Now My Les Paul Fix is Fixed A Tele Paul or Les Caster?
I have a Jag and an SG and I love the 4 knob layout. I'm obsessive about constantly tweaking my settings so it's nice to have two different tone settings you can easily switch between. With the Jag, switching pickup and tone is a two-step process.
The black and gold one need a black pick guard or none at all. The gold one looks fine as is. But that white pick guard on the black guitar distracts visually.
Fender just announced a Jack White “collection” today. They haven’t revealed what will be in that “collection”, but I seriously doubt they’ll be offering Jack White accessories without offering a Jack White guitar (and who knows maybe even an amp and effects pedals).
Seriously. Is a telecaster really a telecaster if it has humbuckers? I don’t think so. I’d never touch one. If I want humbuckers I’ll get an Epiphone Les Paul

Now, I want to try the Fender Japanese version from a few years ago!

That black and gold custom looks sweet.
Agreed, I want one lol
Short time Tele player, long time player. Make a nice addition to a "working musician's" arsenal. Thanks guys.
The Fender Paranormal and Parallel Universe series of guitars breathes new life and excitement into their guitars. Thanks to all.

I swapped out the stock neck from my "gold top" troublemaker w/ a Chrissie Hynde Tele 7.25 rosewood neck & it plays like a fvkin dream!!
Just got one in Ice Blue Metallic (Web exclusive) It'll be here this week!

Bought a paranormal esquire recently as my first electric, love it!!!
I put a Goldo LES TREM Flat Arm Tremolo on mine. No modifications needed. Really digging it.
I’m going to do that as well!
Just got the black version. Fantastic guitar that plays and sounds great.
That young fellow can really play!!!! Loved it.
Woo! The Troublemaker is nice in that Black and Gold! 🎉
I have the black one and love it. Amazing value at that price. Sounds great, is fun to play and man, does it look good.
I recently got one. I really like to pickups. Obviously there is a price point and feels a little cheaper but definitely plays abit above its weight
Cooper is too nice with it! Amazing playing!
Trouble makers from a couple of Alamo troublemakers, Chris and Cooper. Thanks, folks.
Holy Squire Batman!
Great playing by Cooper. I think it would be useful if you posted on screen the different tone selections whether it’s coil split on the bridge or whatever. Love the channel so just subscribed.
The black one looks great. Just need Epiphone to release an SG with 3 single coils and a 5 way switch!
That black one will make a fantastic addition beside my orville bg lpc, and i'll definitely use it for gigs here and there
I ain't about to throw away my Epiphone, but it sounds great.
I'm with Chris on this one. I'd be more interested if it was 24 3/4 scale.
while y'all playing is absolutely lovely i just wish i can find one person chugging on this guitar 😭
Learning that its not 24 3/4 scale sadly puts this out of consideration for me for now, so I guess I gotta hound a LP style still
G&L guitar I have has a humbucker in the neck that’s the way it came
Great guitars, and so cool ! I want the Gold-Top one bad! It's on the list....
I'm here for 4:42
That's just amazing for 500!
Great video! are you in SA Tx? Talking about squire, is there any left handed squire telecaster deluxe?? I can't find any! Looks like they don't make lefties!!
I love it. But the better layout is the SG controls like David Chastain had back in the day.

I've read a lot of comments saying the same thing.
Yeah… had the same experience with it
@@gilku4725...... If you listen the 4 screws on the back, you can adjust the neck a little bit and that seems to sort it out.
Naughty boys !
*Guitar Dad Humour*
😂😂
Compared to the Epiphone LP line prices....❤❤❤
Some Funky Tele Twang, great review Alamo Music, i got the only one Guitar Center Hollywood Had, Last week. Now My Les Paul Fix is Fixed
A Tele Paul or Les Caster?
Was it weird with the fretboard being 9.5 radius but the bridge at 12” radius
Dose it come in wine red? Then it would be in my sites!
Will fender replacement necks fit on these guitars
Black or gold??? (I already have a black thinline classical guitar Cort Nylectric 2)
Does anybody actually prefer the LP style for the knob layout? Honestly asking, as a fender player, I haven't really tried it much
I have a Jag and an SG and I love the 4 knob layout. I'm obsessive about constantly tweaking my settings so it's nice to have two different tone settings you can easily switch between. With the Jag, switching pickup and tone is a two-step process.
I like it, I also have a JA90. Same lay out but setneck and p90s.
With H-H does the neck still sound like a Tele????
Does
It has coil splits on both pups so you can get that single single coil sound
would it kill squire and fender to offer us a left handed version of one of these!
is that a Gibson-patented TuneOMatic bridge? Does Fender have to pay Gibson for that or is it too old?
if these were Gibson scale I would open my wallet
In your opinion, which is better? This one or the Tele special edition FMT?
tele special fmt!
How are the tuners? I've heard they ain't to good
They work fine, but you can certainly get better ones
a cor do braço poderia ser da mesma do corpo e headstock
I would be interested if it were a P90 in the neck. Might be a good mod'er, but a little to rich for me for what it is.
I think they would look better without the scratch plates.
The black and gold one need a black pick guard or none at all. The gold one looks fine as is. But that white pick guard on the black guitar distracts visually.
Gloss neck? 🤔
Shorter scale would've sold me. Otherwise...eh.
Why don't they make one blue like Jack White's tele ? These look like LPs.
😂😂😂😂😂

that’s the idea
21 frets?! COME ON! This is BS!!!
Seriously. Is a telecaster really a telecaster if it has humbuckers?
I don’t think so. I’d never touch one. If I want humbuckers I’ll get an Epiphone Les Paul
Fender and their tacky red stickers.
I've heard they peel off.
I'm sure you were joking with comparing some foreign-made junk to a beautiful Les Paul made in TN USA! ...I know you didn't mean it.
Japan did and still does better quality control than the CNC Mass made stuff in America, hell even Harley Benton is better
