Great video to set up the remote. I can’t be the only person that thinks they’re no mic in the remote? If I press the google assist button it suggests commands but I have to navigate it through the remote rather than telling it as you would expect.

Very hard to navigate should be a written manual on line for review or download. It’s probably a very good system but not for the average person (it’s a geek system). But we non geeks like to use them also, make it for the average person. By the way it’s our paper and ink if we download,

I'm having the same experience. Im not a "techie" - but I'm fairly savvy around iptv ... and this thing's just quirky. everything from setting up the remote to shut down the tv, to the buttons needing to be pushed multiple times to function. just kind've a weird unit.

WHERE CAN I GE T A MANUAL TO READ AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE Z11. I HAVE NVIDIA AND OPERATE IT EASILY. I LIKE THE Z11 BUT I MUST SAY IT IS HARD TO GET TO WHERE YOU WANT TO BE, ESPECIALLY IN THE MYTV APP. THERE SHOULD BE AN OWNERS MANUAL WITH THESE UNITS, WOULD THAT BE SO HARD FOR THE COMPANY TO DO.

I am following the steps completely with z10 pro plus BT remote and cannot get remote to go into pairing mode. I have 2 boxes and was successful with one but not the other.

He landed might be the box. I don't know where you bought it from but you can just possibly restart that and see if that does anything or take the batteries out of the remote to reset that and see if it'll connect

To connect the remote, you're going to have to go to the homepage where it says Bluetooth once you click on that on your remote. If it's the Bluetooth remote, you're going to press the OK button plus the menu button. The menu button are the three horizontal lines on the remote. Hold those Downs together and you should be able to enter the search mode so it recognizes it on the TV and you can connect it

Problem solved… updated the software on the remote and now working good. Just can say… play sky sports 😔
