I made a tool like your store-bought one using a slide hammer Just welded a exhaust clamp on the end It is best to put the clamp on the edge of the back of the cup So it doesn't slip If it's really stubborn You can put a ratchet strap on the end of the sledgehammer To put more tension I use my golf cart to pull from I made it long enough so I don't have to take the axle apart

Where did you get the tool you got the cup off with? I'm having issues removing the cup on both rear axles on my sportsman
